The Holiday animated family flick to hit theaters is Illumination's Migration. This tale has us following a family of ducks break out of their shell and go on a family adventure. Migration attempts to tell a deeper story but just goes through the motions of each act, leaving it to me your basic kids movie. The humor was enjoyable but the story never was truly ever pushing past the most basic ideas.
