Should we give the current players in Stars 300 the option to open Pandora's Box?

Pandora's Box: ONE user decided TWO people to be banned for 24 hours.
Since we are approaching our 300th stars this weekend we figured it might be fun to add a familiar twist to it – banned stars.
We understand randomize has not had the time to do much lately but we are trying to do with what we have and are able to do.
The way it works is rather simple. The person who is evicted ends up being banned for the duration of the stars game. The ban could happen at day change, a bit after day change OR it could happen when the percentage is revealed. This has the potential to add another twist with voting and making sure your votes are locked in at all times.
The final 3 will not be banned and will receive an additional prize in T$.
1st place receives an additional 150
2nd place receives an additional 100
3rd place receives an additional 50
That and you get to have bragging rights that you won Stars 300 and join the users who won Stars 100 and Stars 200.
The bans will not count as anything towards your ban history. If you are one of the users whose next ban is permanent then you are still eligible to join and it will not count.

We are aware that there is a video going around. We can not prevent that nor do we care to. However, be aware, that if you want to use it and if you get busted using it then you will be facing a possible permanent ban. If we suspect you of using it then we will act accordingly. It is your choice what you do with what is given to you but our rules will be much more strict on cheating.

Figured we would give it a try and see where it goes. I will not let through all questions but there might be something one was curious about but afraid to ask.
Plus I am bored waiting for my Chinese food delivery.
Edit 1: Biggest question is about Mod Points. You CAN get mod points for reporting things. It used to be automatically and when you accumulate enough you can delete blogs and pictures. However, due to people reporting things only to get mod points, even when it was not worthy a report, it was changed from automatically to us having to do it manually.
We will be looking into opening it up to the community to see who would like to have mod points and who you guys think should have them as they would do a good job. We have some excellent people already but they are also busy.
Goal is to have enough people that at any point of the day somebody is here.
Since Aquamarine wanted an update our profile has been updated to include this, rather obvious, rule.
11A. Designs that are obviously illegal, such as designs covering the whole avatar area, will not be permitted. Any designs posted before 4/19/2014 will be, for the most part, accepted unless it was already otherwise noted.
If you post such a design in shops the design will be removed, all profit will be lost and you will receive a one week ban. If you are seen wearing that design you will be asked to remove it within a certain time period. If you fail to follow through you will receive a ban until you email us saying you are ready to remove the design.
If you are unsure what is legal or not please contact us before posting the design, as most of you have already been doing so.
Please keep in mind that we really do not like to get involved when it comes to how games are played, tribes, merges, alliances and so on.
However, when we see scores that are abnormal even with full survivor stats and when we see enough conversation that implies something is off we reserve the right to take action, as we did with this tribe.
ElectraViv received no ban due to her involvement lasting 2 game days.
Please keep it fair in the future and win by playing to the best of your ability, not the best ability of one or two tribe mates doing the challenges for everybody else.
