As most of you know, bans due to the posting of off-site links have become increasingly common on this site. Nothing we have in the rules is changing, but we would like to clarify to avoid future issues.
If you haven't already, please familiarize yourself with the rules in our profile, and check for updates periodically. Nothing radical will change without a blog, but we may clarify rules:
With this in mind, here are the current rules that relate to this issue:
10. Porn OR direct link to porn -
FIRST OFFENSE = PERMANENT BAN
3. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Tengaged.com service. This means, if you post a link to a chatroom and that chatroom contains inappropriate comment by you OR other users, you may punished for that material.
As you can see, we already had a clear rule regarding content posted in chatrooms, but there it is.
The main point of this is, and please READ THIS CAREFULLY:
If you post a link to a chat or another type of comment page (e.g., three words), you are putting yourself at risk. Right now, there is a trend of people trolling these types of pages with user-generated content and posting porn and other banworthy materials. KNOWING THIS, if you link to one of these pages, it is likely that yours will also have something like this posted on it.
It's a shame it has to be this way, but we have to strongly advise against posting these types of links - and if you do, you'll be held responsible IF the content is posted while your blog is live.
In other words, while we're not banning tinychat, etc., from tengaged.... it's very likely that someone will try to get you banned if you post one of these links.
HOWEVER, in the case of sandizzle, we have looked at the time on the screenshot we received with the blog on it, as well as what we saw in the chat itself, and have been able to conclude with certainty that he did indeed remove the blog before this material was posted. Therefore, we WILL be removing his ban.
We hope that all of you understand this rule clearly now, and avoid posting links that may come back to haunt you.
LMAO

Wow. Glad to see some people get off from being banned. Funny how I've been banned on two separate occasions where I did absolutely NOTHING wrong. Guess I should have had it on tiny chat!
