*Chris is on Island 1, still upset about Kat’s death. He walks around, seeing the burned village and forest as he walks, wondering who, or what, had happened. He walks into the forest, near to where the careers hid, to see a log covered in someone’s blood. He guesses it is Sensa’s blood- as she was the only person other than Kat to die the previous day. One of the houses is still relatively in tact, so he goes inside and looks around. Inside, the furniture is burned, but he’ll take what he can get, and sets up camp*
-----ISLAND 2-----
On island 2: Summer, Mark, Byte, Ethan, Manafa
*Byte watches the careers at their camp from a tree*
Summer: Alright, so there’s nobody on this island, so should we move to the next?
Ethan: I suppose it sounds like a logical decision. Should we burn it down, just to make sure?
Mark: I suppose that would be logical
*Mark lights a match, walking towards a house to light it on fire. However, as he narrows it, suddenly there is a loud bang! Mark hears a scream and turns around, seeing the fake peacekeepers suddenly springing into action. A bullet had very nearly hit Summer’s head, instead lodging itself into a house behind her. A loud countdown from 5 begins*
Mark: GET BEHIND THE HOUSE!
*The careers don’t need to think about it, diving behind the nearest houses. Suddenly, the false peacekeepers open fire, a shower of bullets going in each direction*
BOOM!
*A cannon goes off, but everyone is too scared to look up to see who it was, continuing to stay with their head down, waiting for the rain of bullets to stop. After two more minutes, it goes silent, the peacekeepers suddenly turning to dust and blowing away. Summer raises her head first, seeing the cowering careers around her, although none of them seem to be hurt. She turns her head to look at the forest, where the body of Byte is lying on the floor, a bullet having gone straight through her head. The other careers join Summer, looking at Byte’s body*
Ethan: Well, if nothing else, the girl was sneaky
Mark: We should take this as a warning. The girl managed to go undetected- nothing to say other tributes might do the same
*As the careers return to their camp, Summer pulls Mark aside, looking at the map*
Summer: Yesterday, rubies fell from the sky!
*She points to the ruby icon over the first island*
Summer: Today, Peacekeepers shot us
*She points at the peacekeepers icon next to the second island*
Summer: So what I’m thinking is that each island has a different event to it…
*She points to the robot next to the third island*
Summer: We need to avoid going here tomorrow
Mark: But how do we know that all of the other islands haven’t experienced what we have?
Summer: There would be more cannons. If peacekeepers open fired everywhere, I’d expect more than just one death from it!
Mark: I suppose you have a point…
*He looks slightly angry*
Mark: So does that mean that this island’s events have passed?
Summer: Well if every island’s event happened at the same time, again, there’d be way more cannons
Mark: Alright, we can’t risk going to the next island along tomorrow
*He points to the seventh island*
Mark: Manafa’s disposable. Tomorrow, we send him onto the third island while we and Ethan head to the seventh
Summer: Why don’t we send Ethan too?
Mark: Because we don’t want to weaken ourselves too badly. Manafa has to go because he’s easily used. If Ethan convinces him to go against us, then he’ll injure at least one of us
Summer: Alright, I’m in
*Mark pulls Ethan to the side*
Mark: Manafa came up to us…he wanted to know if we were down for a plan to kill you!
Ethan: Manafa has that many brain cells?
Mark: Tomorrow, we send him onto the next island, and cut the bridge behind him
*Ethan looks sceptical, but is obviously afraid of Mark*
Ethan: Alright…

On Island 3: Aleyna, Nate
On Island 3: Aleyna, Nate
*Nate watches Aleyna from his vantage point. She appears to be inspecting the factory around her, but she has her eyes open, ready to turn around at any moment. She managed to find a long chain in one of the storage rooms, which she is walking around with, menacingly. Nate thinks about how he could attack her, but is nervous to. Nate steps back slightly, accidently knocking a bucket over! Aleyna instantly turns around to the sound, seeing Nate as he tries to duck. She wastes no time, charging up the stairs to where Nate is. He tries to run, but there isn’t anywhere to go*
Nate: Please Aleyna, we can work together!
Aleyna: How long have you been watching me for?
Nate: Since yesterday…
Aleyna: And you didn’t approach me?
Nate: I-I was afraid to!
*Aleyna sighs*
Aleyna: Alright
Nate: Ok?
Aleyna: I’m sorry…
*Aleyna grabs her chain, tightly wrapping it around Nate’s throat. He fights, trying to escape, but he can’t. She watches the life leave his eyes as he finally goes limp*
BOOM!
*Aleyna drops Nate’s body, deciding to drag it downstairs and pushing it into the ocean, hoping to convince people that a fight happened in the ocean, and not on the island. She watches the hovercraft collect it, then goes back inside*

On Island 6: Adam
*Adam is still riding on the train on Island 6, eating his chocolate bars. He occasionally got off to re-stock, but has spent most of his time just on the train. He considered jumping off at a number of spots, including a clear blue lake, but seems to decide the train is safest*
-----ISLAND 9-----
On Island 9: Kiara
*Kiara gathers her belongings, walking out of the clearing. She decides there isn’t anything else but corn on the island, and decides to head back to the main island. Once there, she randomly picks another bridge to take, going to Island 11*
-----ISLAND 10-----
On Island 10: Alvaro, Joshina, Mike
*Alvaro and Joshina had made a camp in the barn, meanwhile Mike was outside, sleeping next to the pig pen- Many capitol viewers stating that the pigs probably smelled better than someone for a change. Joshina continues looking around the farm, Alvaro on lookout for any more people. Mike follows the two of them like a creepy stalker, but they haven’t yet noticed him. He thinks about asking for an alliance once again, but isn’t sure if they would kill him instantly. After the pair returns from their walk and back into the barn, Mike decides it’s time. He takes a deep breath, knocking on the barn door*
Mike: Hello…is anyone here?
*Alvaro comes down the stairs, a sponsor sword at the ready, meanwhile Joshina hides in a hay bale upstairs. Alvaro lowers his sword when he sees Mike*
Alvaro: is anyone behind you?
Mike: N-no…
*Alvaro closes the door behind Mike, locking it shut. He seems unsure of his following actions, and is moments away from deciding to slice Mike’s head off, but decides his conscious couldn’t handle killing a twelve-year-old boy*
Mike: I-I was wondering…if I could have an alliance with you?
*Alvaro’s face turns into a grin*
Alvaro: Course you can! JOSHINA!
*Joshina emerges from her hay bale*
Alvaro: Joshina, this is Mike! He’s going to join us!
Joshina: Ah, the little cutie from 12! Everyone’s so rude about them, but I think the 12 kids are just so cute!
*Mike blushes, either out of happiness for being appreciated for a change, or embarrassment. Alvaro shows him to their little camp on the second flop of the barn, Joshina squishing his face like a little baby. It would almost be creepy by how hard and long we squeezes it if she wasn’t a fourteen-year-old blind girl from District 5. When she releases him, Mike blushes once again, but this time definitely from embarrassment*

On Island 11: Kiara
(Kiara arrives on island 11, looking around. A little orchard sits on the other side of the island, and there are fruits and vegetables growing in rows for the rest of the island. There’s a small little building by the rope bridge. Kiara explores it, finding some hoes and a shovels. Kiara picks up the hoe, thinking about how it could actually be a weapon. There’s a small one which she grabs. It seems perfect for her small height. Content, she heads to the orchard, where she picks some apples and takes a bite into one, her face lighting up as in 8, she’d only has two apples in her life. She quickly finishes it, before hiding out in the small building*

On Island 13: Drew, Ivy
Drew: There really isn’t anything here…
*Ivy definitely seems to be struggling*
Ivy: I can’t stay here any longer…
*She suddenly screams, grabbing at her stomach*
Ivy: THE BABY’S COMING!
*Drew gets the medical supplies ready, but after three more hours on screams, they stop, Ivy taking deep breaths*
Ivy: Never mind…Ugh, I just want to have this fucking kid and get it over with!
*Drew hugs Ivy*
Drew: I know it’s hard, but literally nobody’s come close to us here! This is the safest we can be!

Sorry for the short episode today. The next episode is going to be a biggie, so I just kind of needed a bridge from here to there. Betrayal, Lies, and Robots lie ahead, who will survive? Will the NPC with no edit somehow survive another day? Only time will tell!
