1. Does not get involved AT ALL. Why develop a site and not even play it? Not being involved in your own community creates problems in the long run.
2. Cannot appoint a solid moderation team based on his OWN trust. You cannot rely on users who should have powerful tools to destroy a site if you do not trust them yourself. In return lose trust in the entire community and allow the multi-era to happen because no mods are so much better. Randomize should have moderated the site himself and appointed a month in 6 months. He makes money from this site while he sleeps, he can spend an hour banning and responding to emails.
3. Removing Tengaged Spain and Brasil without apologizing. It is his site and he can do whatever he wants. Users established a community of 5 - 6 years on these sites. No communication of whether they will return or even provided accommodation for Spanish or Portuguese Casting/Rookies games like he did in .ES with English users.
4. Letting his ego get the best of him because Zw**per got established in 2013. This is when his spirit for Tengaged REALLY DIED.
5. Not fulfilling community needs. Poor T$ budgets and outdated tools really had a negative impact on all these communities. This goes back to #1.
he doesnt pay attention or care bc ppl r addicted to this site and spend money without him needing to put ANY work in, as long as ppl r spending more money than the site costs he doesnt have to do a thing
as unfortunate and scummy as that is id do the same i cant fault him
