Applying for teaching positions

at colleges is such a depressing process. I have applied to over 30 colleges this summer and no contact or even seen my application and the semester is starting soon lol.

at colleges? That's surprising to me tbh bc they notoriously pay very little, and therefore, run through people like they're water.

laneyrue - Good luck and respect for you going into K - 12 education. Not sure where you are from, but there is a teacher shortage. Especially in special education if you consider working with children with exceptional abilities.

Rperduex11 - I know right? That is why I am subbing while doing adjunct teaching, but due to enrollment colleges are offering fewer classes, and fewer professors are needed.
