People have been corroborating my claims that Midiaw doesn't actually try in stars. My mails and PMs are full of that. And people say that he was just the accepted winner the moment he joined...
Why? Can we not break this cycle? It feels like something no one wants to address. If you want to award good gameplay, you know whose button to click. If you want to continue the solely Popularity Games... well you know whose button to click as well.
Personally I don't think ANYONE should be auto handed 3 wins in a 6 month period just because they decided to grace us with their presence. Not even BengalBoy! At least come up with new tricks to play the public with.

Yeah, but we were perceived as the 2 most popular players Koolness234 . So if we are both popular and our friends are trying to decide between us, I think Gameplay should probably come into effect. And it is just obnoxious because he does nothing all game and then throws a temper tantrum complete with childish insults. And sometimes good gameplay leads to you going up. You say it has ALWAYS been only a popularity contest. But that's not true. We used to care a lot more about gameplay and insisted that they explain it in their blog for votes. Times change, and that's fine. Just wish someone more deserving could get a victory. 🤷🏻♂️
rawritsnick no offense but you can’t really scream let’s do it based on gameplay. You both went up for early double digits so if we compared gameplay then you both have the save gameplay. Regardless of who is playing harder you both ended up nommed really really early. So the gameplay was lacking on both of your regards. It has always been based on popularity. The public picks the winner. The public chooses who is a derserving winner. Base on any criteria they want. If that’s gameplay then so be it, if it’s popularity then so be it. The person who walks away with the first deserves the win, why because the whole point is to get the public to save you and want to vote you to win. If you can’t manage this then you don’t deserve to win point blank period
I would also argue your point about sometimes good gameplay results in you being nominated. Which can be true but if you win the poll. Good gameplay resulted in you being nominated to a person you can’t beat…. Subsequently causing your eviction. I would argue is not good gameplay.
Koolness234 , I respectfully disagree. I acknowledge your points, but you cannot quantifiably say we played the same strength of game just because of the outcome. People often assume that he plays a good game because he has had so many finals. And if that is the criteria they are voting based on... This blog was meant to give them the real information. Might as well bring back the spamming era of Stars if people are gonna have a shot. Make a mockery of the game again. Because the scale is clearly tilted in a way that people don't even have a shot anymore. And honestly, that's whatever. But as I said, this vlog was meant to inform, not to kvetch. Rawritsnick You failed to provide any real information. You made a blog with no proof, of these mails, no screenshots of his meltdown, and no overarching narrative was presented other than you and supposed people in your mails telling you he does nothing.
I also do not tend to watch lengthy vlogs. I have made blogs about this in the past. I think a stars blog should be 4 minutes minimal. That is just my own personal opinion, as there is nobody on this site that can entertain me via vlog form for over 4 minutes. I do have ADHD so that might be a reason.
I never meant to insinuate you and Midiaw played the same game. However, I do not agree with the logic of save me for my gameplay over my opponent. You both went up for 12, so your game could have been better but it still netted you an early nomination and exit. Even if you had played a better game, you still did not play a great game. I do not think gameplay should be the deciding factor in any vote, only if the person went unominated
Oh I see Koolness234 , are you unfamiliar with the new transparency game model that is Stars over Discord? There is a whole server where the audience can watch and even join in on the cast's calls. So that's where all the evidence is and it is also where he publicly berated me several times. You said yourself that people have their own opinion as to how they shape their vote. You personally choose who you like more. But if my best friend is absolutely FLOPPING in stars, I'm not giving them my vote 🤷🏻♂️. And a lot of other people feel the same way. There are some people who watch our Discord stars house like live feeds. Also, my video was under 4 minutes? I also have ADHD. But, my job is literally entertaining. I literally made a song parody and skit. Under 4 minutes. Did it not keep your attention?
RawrItsNick Honestly no it did not keep my attention I turned it off within the first few minutes. I plussed it as I do every vlog that is posted, as I plus anyone brave enough to show their real self on this website. But I was not captivated.
I am aware of the stars Discord Server. I tend to stay off Tengaged Related Discord serve so I can use Discord without having to cater to demands and questions, so I can actually escape the people on this website.

Which you can do, and the public can choose to reward popularity. But once again in this scenario you both flopped and ended up on the block for 12th.
The public chooses the winner, and chooses the placements. You have to make the public want to vote for you to stay Midiaw has accomplished that, he is doing something right. Arguably the most important aspect of the game
He existed. I made a full skit and song parody. There is nothing I could have done to garner more favour. I did everything I could and then some. Midiaw consistently did well in my #PollStars popularity contest, so I think he has amassed just a huge circle of people who like him and/or are friends with him, but since that time, I think a lot of people are seeing his true colors come forward, though, so I don't think a 3rd win is necessarily is written in stone, especially when others are seemingly playing stronger games. I think his public persona has shifted, as his inflated ego has made him more entitled and arrogant in his interactions with people he previously would get along great with. Then again, out of the cast, you were one of the few I thought could take him on in a poll competitively.
BlueBarracuda, the fact that you hate me, doesn’t give you the credibility to trash me more. That’s what I would do to someone I hate too. So that is that, nothing else to say. You rushed into every blog that say my name to put insert yourself in it and talk shit about me. I don’t know, if you hate someone that much, why don’t you leave him alone though? Nick is my friend, so apologies if I "rushed" to comment on his blog.. when it was sitting there on the top blog. My comment was actually pretty generous towards you. You have become insecure, entitled, and arrogant as of late though, and trust me, more and more people are seeing through your act and seeing you for what you are. By the personal accounts of all the other players is how I am basing my knowledge that you're not doing anything.. but go on. Seeing you do well in like 50+ polls over the course of several months DOES give me credibility to give my opinion on your popularity, as you consistently were popular and received lots of votes and support when I wasted time doing that bullshit.
