“WELCOME, to the 2nd... ANNUAL HUNGER GAMES, HAHA!” Blandin laughs incredibly loud into a microphone, echoing out into the futuristic hall that is engulfed by colourful capitol citizens. “Tonight, we get to meet all 24 tributes and have to say goodbye to all, but one.” Blandin sighs along with the crowd. “But before we begin, we would like to welcome Alexa, the winner of the first annual HUNGER GAMES!” Blandin screams as the crowd cheer at the top of their lungs. A camera zooms onto Alexa in the crowd, smiling and waving her hands at the camera. After her victory last year, she has joined the capitol to live her promised wonderful life. “Alexa! Why don’t you come down here!” Blandin shouts. Alexa stands up, embarrassed as she walks down the stairs of the crowd in her high heels, and takes a comfortable seat upon the couch on the stage.
“So Alexa, how has your life been in the capitol?” Blandin asks, smiling. “AMAZING! So many nice people, and I love their fabrics.” Alexa says, almost surprised. “HAHA! Still the same Alexa.” Blandin giggles and so does the crowd. “yeah, I haven’t changed much. I was re-watching myself in the hunger games last year, I looked so stupid.” She says shyly as she covers her mouth. “You’ve met some of the tributes haven’t you?” Blandin asks. “yes I have.” Alexa smiles. “What do you think of them? See any winners yet?” Blandin asks seriously. “Ugh, I mean, Calix and Maple are so sweet, but as harsh as this sounds, that girl is to kind, to gentle to win.” Alexa frowns “That’s what we all said about you.” Blandin laughs and so does the crowd. “HA, but still if I had to bet my life on it, I’m going with Margret.” Alexa states. “Well, we better get you off this stage so we have time for the actual tributes. Please one more cheer for ALEXA! Winner of the first ANNUAL HUNGER GAMES!” Blandin shouts.
“PLEASE WELCOME DANIEL TO THE STAGE!” Daniel walks onto the stage and takes a seat. “So tell me, are you a mental or physical player?” Blandin asks. “Oh physical for sure, I mean I am a career after all, killing is what I do.” Daniel laughs. “Yes that does makes sense, are you ready to play the games?” Blandin asks. “Yeah for sure, the sooner I get home, the better.” Daniel smiles. “yes of course, finally, who would you want to win if you couldn’t win?” Blandin asks. “Margret, she got an amazing training score and obviously deserved it, so yeah I’m rooting for her.” He smiles. “Well thank you for your time.” Blandin shouts.
“PLEASE WELCOME ALEXANDRA TO THE STAGE!” Alexandra walks on the stage and takes a seat. “Alex? Alexa? Alexandra? WHAT DO I CALL YOU, tell me!” Blandin laughs, meanwhile so does the crowd. “HAHA! Alexandra is fine!” She laughs. “So, since this is the hunger games, do you ever have a problem getting emotionally connected to people?” Blandin asks. “No, no no no. I’m not a very emotional person, plus if I’m emotional, that may bring down my chances.” Alexandra states. “That is a very good point, what do you think of your district partner Daniel?” Blandin asks. “He’s reasonably cool. But like I said, no emotions so for now he is still a tribute, nothing more. But yeah, we got the same training score so he must be a good fighter.” Alexandra smiles. “Well thank you for your time!” Blandin shouts.
“PLEASE WELCOME DINO TO THE STAGE!” Dino walks onto the stage and takes a seat. “I have been hearing rumours that you... and Diem are “nice” careers, is this true?” Blandin asks. “Well, were not like the others if that’s what your asking.” Dino replies. “Yes yes that was the question, who do you think is your smallest competitor, threat wise?” Blandin asks. “Oh this is a hard one.” Dino says as he pulls a stupid, confused face and the crowd laugh. “I would say Fox, but only because she got the lowest training score. For all I know that could have been a scam.” Dino explains while smiling. “Finally, what do you think of the other careers?” Blandin asks. “I just see them as other tributes. I mean, they play their game how they want, but I just don’t agree with how they have fun killing tributes. They were still people that had lives, it’s not funny that they died.” Dino explains. “Well thank you for your time!” Blandin shouts.
“PLEASE WELCOME DIEM TO THE STAGE!” Blandin screams. Diem walks onto the stage and takes a seat. “just like I asked Dino, is it true you two are “nice” careers?” Blandin asks. “Well, I can be nice, just don’t get on my bad side.” Diem laughs, and the crowd also laugh. “HAHA! Brilliant! What would be the ideal arena for you?” Blandin asks. “This may sound stupid but my hometown back in my district. At least I can die where I was born.” Diem explains. The crowd sigh in sadness. “awww. Well, finally, do you plan on making a run for the cornucopia?” Blandin asks. “Yeah for sure. The other careers won’t admit this, but we are nothing without our weapons.” Diem states. “Well thankyou for your time!” Blandin shouts.

District 12:

Alexandra, Mercial and J’tia are all at the sword station training. “Wow, shouldn’t you two be dying or something?” Alexandra laughs as she slices off a dummies arm. “Shouldn’t you be killing Maple with a sickly, slicing her throat?” J’tia asks in disgust. “We all heard you shout at her, it was disgusting, she’s 12!” Mercial shouts. “I don’t give two shits! At the end of the day I need to win! Even if that means killing a 12 year old!” Alexandra cries as she walks off, hiding her tears in embarrassment as the other tributes look at her.
Dino and Goliath are both in speed training. “So I heard you are a nice career.” Goliath gossips. “Well, no one is nice in the hunger games, but i’m not like the rest of them.” Dino replies. “That’s true... but I never knew nice careers exsisted.” Goliath smiles. GONG! Dino and Goliath sprint to the fake cornucopia.
Diem and Thorn are both at the sickle station, training on each other. “Are we allowed to practice on each other?” Thorn asks, nervously as his eyes glance to the peacekeepers surrounding them. “Yeah, we can.” Diem smiles as she picks up a light sickle and gently hands it to Thorn, “These are fake ones, they don’t have much weight to them, but they are still a little sharp so take it easy on me.” Diem laughs. “ok, I will.” Thorn smiles back.
Fox, Titan and Kat are all at the spear station. Titan throws a spear incredibly fast down a long, thin isle. It rapidly pierces through a dummy’s face, ripping it’s fake skull to shreads. “Jesus, how do you do that?” Kat asks, her jaw on the floor. “I don’t know, just comes natural I guess.” Titan focuses as he throws another, torpedoing down the spear station. Fox attempts to throw one, but it doesn’t even make it half way, and makes herself feel pathetic.
Siren and Kulookie are both at the bow and arrow station, but they don’t talk to each other.
Matili and Richie are both at the trident station. “Ugh, I can’t do this!” Matili stresses out. “Yes you can, you just need to...” Richie tries to help. “Don’t tell me what to do, I can figure it out.” Matili tantrums . “Don’t complain then...” Richie rolls her eyes. “SHUT THE HELL UP!” Matili screams at Richie pointing her trident at her. The peace keepers are about to take action but decide not to. All the other tributes stop and stare. “Oh what you gonna make a scene now?” Richie looks at her with a smug look, one hand on her hip. “I’m gonna make a fucking scene when I stab this through your THROAT!” Matili screams as she pulls he rtrident back, ready to stab. Two peace keepers run onto the scene and grab Matili by the shoulders and carry her off. But Matili gets her final words in “You wait! In that cornucopia I will FUCKING KILL YOU!” Richie looks a bit embarrassed as now she is the only one left to stare at. District 1 and 4 look at Richie, laughing at her patheticness.
Mac and Leopand are both at the Dodging station. But neither of them talk as they let the recent dramatic scene set in.
“No, just let me come with you.” Maple sulks to Calix. “No, alright you gotta to be comfortable around other tributes. There will be a time where I won’t be there. It’s better to get to know some of them on your own, show them that you are strong.” Calix says “Now go.”
Maple slowly walks to the Navigation station, where Brock also is. “hi.” Maple says. “Hey, where’s your brother?” Brock asks. “Oh, he said I needed to get used to being around tributes without him being there.” Maple says quietly, avoiding eye contact. “Your brother’s smart.” Brock states while looking at a compass. “He pushes me too much sometimes.” Maple states. “Look, I now i don’t really have room to talk but if he doesn’t push you, how are you supposed to have a chance at surviving out there?” Brock asks, putting Maple on the spot. Maple keeps quiet.
Daniel is at the finding water station, alone.
Quan is at the throwing knives station, alone.
Margret is at the axe station, alone.
Jin as at the combat skills station, alone.
Felicia is at the fire starting station, alone.
Calix is at the swimming station, alone.

At the throwing axe station is Daniel, Thorn and J’tia. “Wow, a rock throws better than your pathetic arm” Daniel smirks towards J’tia. “Oh shut the hell up.” J’tia replies as she actually continues trying her hardest at training. “No, you can shut up when you’re dead, and when I win.” Daniel replies as he throws his axe down the station, smacking a dummy in the stomach. “You careers are so stupid.” Thorn turns around. “Oh really? Why is that? Oh wait... I don’t care.” Daniel says seriously. “All you careers think you can win, but you’re all just as good. Not all 6 of you can win, only one. So think about your chance actually surviving.” Thorn scares Daniel a little.
Quan and Siren are both at the finding water station. “How does it feel to know how to survive rather than kill?” Siren laughs as she looks at a fake arena, finding the water sources. “Oh ha ha, I don’t even know why I am here, this crap is useless.” Quan sighs as he gives up. “Wow, how embarrassing, dying of first.” Siren giggles. Quan stays quiet, not knowing what to say. “That’s right, you may be good at weapons, but when you come to these questions, you’re in our territory now.” Siren evilly smiles. “Thanks, I know who I’m killing first in the arena.” Quan evilly smiles back.
Goliath and Matili are both at the knife station. Both of them are not sure of what to say to each other, so they tend to just keep to themselves.
Titan and Leopand are both at the Combat skills. “Hey.” Titan says. “Oh, hi.” Leopand replies shy. “You look quite young, how old are you?” Titan asks. “13, only 13, but don’t underestimate me.” He says with a straight face, learning martial arts. “Don’t worry, I won’t” Titan smiles.
Richie, Calix and Maple are at the speed station. “Why are we here? Shouldn’t we be learning to use weapons?” Maple asks. “Ok then, but when you get chase by a career, don’t come crying to...” “No no, I’m sorry.” Maple says. “Wow, I saw what you did, that was really sweet, best luck to you both.” Richie smiles at Calix. “Thanks, what’s your name?” Calix asks. “Richie.”
Brock and Mercial are both at the Sickle station. “So... you’re good at this.” Mercial says. “Thanks... so are you.” Brock awkwardly smiles. They don’t know what to say to each other.
Alexandra is at the climbing station, alone.
Dino is at the Mace station, alone
Diem is at the Sword station, alone.
Fox is at the fire station, alone.
Margret is at the dodging station, alone.
Mac is at the swimming station, alone.
Jin is at the tracking/hunting station, alone.
Felicia is at the edable foods station, alone.
Kat is at the traps station, alone.
Kulookie is at the axe station, alone.
