Chef Ramsay: Today, you’ll be cooking for some special people. These people represent the future of the culinary industry. Come on out guys!
The chefs then see 3 figures walking through the door.
They’re kids. Kids who look to be 12-14 years old.
Chef Ramsay: That’s right, children! Tonight in Hell’s Kitchen is Family Night! And I’ll be adding 4 new kid friendly dishes to the menu. A burger, a serving co chicken fingers, a grilled cheese, and pizza! However...

You will be making the dishes that I put on the menu. I would like one person from each team to make a stunning version of each of these 4 kid friendly meals. These 3 children will taste the dishes and vote for their favorite. Blue Team... since you have an extra member, two of you team up to make one dish. Please decide among yourselves who will be making what.

The chefs then begin making their dishes. After 45 minutes have passed, each dish is ready to be served.
Up first is the Battle of the Burgers. Here are the kid judge’s comments.
Jay and Nick’s: It’s delicious. It’s got great flavor and it looks incredible.
Maurice’s: It’s tasty but... it’s a little dry. Great flavor though.
Now it’s time for the kids to vote.

Up next is the Battle of the Chicken Fingers. Here are the kid judge’s comments.
Jake’s: It’s definitely the gourmet version of chicken fingers... the seasoning is used well, and it’s delicious.
Candy’s: It’s looks messy... but it’s got great flavor.
Finally, the last battle is the Battle of the Pizzas. The Blue Team needs this point to secure the win. The Red Team needs the point to force a tie. Here are the kid judge’s comments.
Lincoln’s: It’s amazing. The toppings used are delicious, and the whole pizza looks like something rich people would eat.
Europe’s: The pizza is a little sloppy with toppings... but the whole thing tastes delicious.

Chef Ramsay: Blue Team, well done! For your reward today, I asked the kids what I should do... and they suggested that I take you to an arcade. That’s exactly what I’ll be doing! Of course, this is going to be more of a place for adults, but you’ll still be able to play games, and you’ll be treated to an amazing lunch! Get changed, you’re leaving right away!
The Blue Team goes up to their dorms to get ready for their day in an adult arcade.
Chef Ramsay: Red Team... you’re in for one exhausting day. For tonight’s family night, I have planned a number of activities that need to be set up and organized. I also need you to decorate the restaurant according to my instructions that I’ve written for you. Go upstairs, and get ready.
The Blue Team enjoys their day playing games while the Red Team get’s Hell’s Kitchen ready for Family Night.
-Dinner Service-
In addition to the regular menu, Burgers and chicken fingers will be served on the Meat Station, Grilled Cheeses will be served on the Garnish Station, and there will be an additional Pizza Station.

The beginning of service is smooth... appetizers come out with only one mistake from Kourtney. Her mistake was forgetting to communicate with the Garnish Station.
However... as Entrees are served, problems begin to arise.
Chef Ramsay: Hey, Blue Team! Look at these chicken fingers! Raw! Lincoln, did you cook these?
Lincoln: Yes, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Pull it together!
Meanwhile in the Red Kitchen...
Chef Ramsay: Hey, this burger is overcooked!
Candy: Sorry chef, I’ll make another.
Chef Ramsay: Young lady, you’re losing confidence! Get your shit back together!
Candy: Yes, chef!
Europe: How long on garnish?
Maurice: ...
Europe: Maurice!
Maurice: ...
Chef Ramsay: MAURICE HOW LONG?!
Maurice: Oh my god, so sorry chef! It’s gonna be 7 minutes!
Chef Ramsay: Come on Maurice! Open your fucking ears!
Meanwhile in the Blue Kitchen...
Chef Ramsay: Fucking hell... Lincoln! Look at this! You gave me more raw chicken! Look at this, it’s fucking pink!
Lincoln: Sorry, chef.
As the night continues, Nick and Pierre have some communication issues, but they bounce back. Candy makes another overcooked burger while Lincoln also sends in 2 raw burgers, but the rest of the night goes smoothly after that. Both teams are able to complete dinner service.
When everything is over, Chef Ramsay meets with both teams.
Chef Ramsay: That was NOT the family night service I was expecting, let me tell you. Both kitchens has several bumps, and I KNOW that you are ALL better than the performance I witnessed tonight. That is why...

There is NO winning team tonight. I would like for BOTH teams to go up to the dorm, think about EVERYTHING that’s happened throughout this competition, and come up with the 1 person that you think should go home. Now fuck off.
The teams head up to the dorms to discuss who should go up.
The Red Team is discussing. Candy says that Maurice should go up because of his communication issues tonight. Maurice says that while tonight may have been his worst service yet, he thinks he’s an asset to the red team. Europe and Kourtney agree with him and say that Candy should go up because of her lack of confidence.
The Blue Team is discussing as well. Lincoln suggests Nick should go up, but the rest of the team turns on him. Lincoln says that they should be thinking about not just tonight, but everything that’s happened. Jay then says that Lincoln has been losing consistency throughout the competition, and he’s becoming a weak link for the team. Lincoln is shock to hear his team would rather get rid of him over Nick.
-Elimination Ceremony-
Both teams meet with Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: Have both teams reached a decision?
Everyone: Yes chef!
Chef Ramsay: Kourtney... who is the Red Team’s nominee and why?
Kourtney: Candy, chef. Like you said, she’s been losing her confidence, and she proved that tonight with her blunders on the Meat Station.
Chef Ramsay: Okay... Jay, who is the Blue Team’s nominee and why?
Jay: Lincoln, chef. We think that throughout this competition he’s been losing his consistency, and tonight all he did was sink our team.
Chef Ramsay: Okay... Lincoln. Candy. Step forward.
Lincoln and Candy step forward and state why they should stay in Hell’s Kitchen. Chef Ramsay is clearly disappointed in both of them. He says that Lincoln fell apart tonight, and Candy is once again showing no confidence in herself.
Chef Ramsay: Okay... my decision is...

A disappointed Lincoln walks up to Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: Listen carefully... you have shown me great skills, but you have been cooking like you’ve giving up during your recent dinner services. And after your blunder tonight, I know you’re not ready to be my head chef. Give me your jacket.
Lincoln takes his jacket off and hands it to Chef Ramsay.
Lincoln: Thank you for the opportunity, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Good luck out there.
Lincoln then leaves Hell’s Kitchen.
Chef Ramsay: I do NOT want to see another service like tonight. You’re supposed to be the best 8 chefs in the competition... if you show me otherwise, I may send 2 of you home. Got it?
Everyone: Yes, chef!
Chef Ramsay: Get out of here.
The chefs then head off to their dorms for the night.
As Chef Ramsay walks up to his office, his voice narrates the scene.
“Lincoln is a very talented pizza chef. Unfortunately, I’m not LOOKING for a pizza chef, I’m looking for a HEAD chef.”
Chef Ramsay hangs Lincoln’s jacket, and his picture burns up.
