The chefs played a game of Craps to determine what ingredients they would be working with. When their dishes were judged, it was Ryan, Corrin, Lee and Zlata who all scored big, resulting in a tie. However, the winning dish of the day belonged to Corrin, winning the challenge for the Red Team.
In Dinner Service, Corrin had a disastrous night on fish while Cleo had a disastrous night on meat. Jorge also had trouble on the garnish and appetizer stations.
The Red Team ultimately lost service that night, and nominated Jorge and Corrin. When all was said and done, Chef Ramsay said goodbye to Corrin, ending her dream of becoming the Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City and winning Hellโs Kitchen.
The chefs wake up bright and early for their next challenge. They come downstairs to see Chef Ramsay in front of a table with various covered dishes on it, as well as 2 pairs of blindfolds and headsets
Chef Ramsay: Today, I have a very special challenge planned for you all. Itโs the one challenge that we ALWAYS have here in Hellโs Kitchen, and it separates the cooks from the chefs. Ladies and gentlemen, today we are having the Blind Annual Taste Test!
Everyone, being familiar with the challenge, begins clapping.
Chef Ramsay: So, itโs very simple. Iโll call one member from each team at a time to come down and put on a blindfold and headset. I will feed you an ingredient, and then using only your palate, you must tell me what ingredient Iโve just fed you. Every correct answer is 1 point for your team. The team with the most points wins! Oh, and one more thingโฆ
Chef Ramsay reveals 2 giant hotdog buns behind the tasting table. Standing in front of them are Sous Chefs Cassiane and Pierre holding giant hoses.
Chef Ramsay: As you are tasting, a member of your team will be in between one of those giant Hot Dog buns. If you get 2 ingredients incorrect, your teammate will be drenched in a delicious condiment from one of those hoses sprayed by our Sous Chefs, becoming a human hotdog. Alright, letโs get to tasting!
Each chef will taste a total of 4 ingredients. Up first to taste are Chris and Zlata, with Jorge and Dani standing by in the hotdog buns.
Chris has correctly identified a total of 3 ingredients, keeping Jorge dry. Zlata, however, only got one correct, and Dani was drenched in both Ketchup and Mustard.

Jorge has gotten 2 out of 4, meaning Lee only gets drenched in Ketchup. Dani, however, has failed to identify a single ingredient, meaning Gigi gets drenched in Ketchup, Mustard AND Relish.

Chef Ramsay: Letโs not do this tonight, yes? Letโs bounce back, because let me tell you, I do NOT wanna see shit like this late in the game. Is that clear?
Jorge manages to bounce back despite his unusual mistakes.
As the service continues, both teams come very close to finishing. However, as the Blue Team completes their final ticket, something holds back the Red Kitchen.
Cleoโs mistake has caused the Red Kitchen to recook the last ticket as the Blue Kitchen has already finished up. Despite this, Cleo manages to pull it together, and the Red Kitchen serves their last table and finishes service.
Chef Ramsay: Wellโฆ what a night. Letโs get one thing straightโฆ Blue Team, that was definitely your strongest service in this entire competition. There were hardly any mistakes. You all managed to come together and deliver your most consistent service ever, so undoubtedly, you are the winning team tonight. Congratulations.
The Blue Team looks happy.
Chef Ramsay: Red Teamโฆ compared to your last few services, tonight could have been a lot worse. But if weโre being honest, it could have been a lot better as well. Leeโฆ we should be past soupy risottos by now. Jorgeโฆ you gave me so many cold fish, the only thing that was missing was the fish tank. And Cleoโฆ your mind just completely vanished tonight. If you had managed to get those garnishes done in time, we couldโve finished on a strong note. So yeah, definitely not a service to be proud of. The only one of you who was consistent tonight was Chris. Chris, clearly youโre the best of the worst tonight. Iโd like for you to decide between your 3 teammates which 2 of them deserve to go home tonight. Now get out of here.
The Red Team goes upstairs so Chris can decide who to nominate. Lee, Jorge and Cleo all plead their case to Chris, who listens to each of them one on one. He decides that since she was the reason they got held back on the last ticket, Cleo is his first nominee. He has a harder time deciding the second nominee, however. In the end, he makes his decision.
The Red Team meets with Chef Ramsay for elimination while the Blue Team watches.

The chefs then head upstairs for bed. As Chef Ramsay walks up to his office, he narrates a comment on Jorgeโs elimination.
โI canโt deny the talent that Jorge has displayed here in Hellโs Kitchenโฆ but tonight, he sent me a whole school of raw fish, so I had no choice but to send him back to culinary school.โ
Chef Ramsay hangs up Jorgeโs jacket, and his picture burns up.
Itโs finally time for the chefs to earn their Black Jackets. They will be put through a series of tests to see who is worthy of receiving a Black Jacket.
However, with 7 chefs fighting for them, only a few will be able to pull it off. Who will make the cut, and who will come up short?
