20 chefs from all different walks of life came to Hellโs Kitchen believing they had what it took to become Gordon Ramsayโs next Head Chef. They were soon introduced to the prize restaurantโฆ El Mirage, all the way in Atlantic City.
They were tested beyond their limits. They experienced difficult challenges, luxurious rewards and excruciating punishments. Every night, they had to give it their all in dinner service or risk going up for elimination.
The journey has been difficult, and 18 chefs have chefs have fallen victim to the pressureโฆ but among the chaos, 2 chefs have risen from the trenches as the best of the best.
The first finalist, Dani, is a 21-year-old private chef who has shown talent and skill beyond her years. Even though she was the youngest chef in the competition, she stood out as one of the strongest and most mature chefs in the kitchen, which secured her spot in the final 2.
Her opponent, Ryan, is a 27-year-old sous chef who has proven himself time and time again with his cooking skills and level head. Heโs been one of the most consistent chefs in the competition, earning him the second spot in the finals.
These 2 incredible chefs will give it everything they have in the final dinner service, but in the end only one will be crowned as the winner of Hellโs Kitchen and claim the head chef position at El Mirage in Atlantic City. The chefs were challenged to make a dish that would appeal to a young crowd. They each had to make and serve a dish that dozens of children would enjoy. The children picked their favorite dishes, and the winner of the challenge ended up being Dani. She decided to take Cleo with her on her fun-filled reward.
During a special family night dinner service, Chef Ramsay had each chef take a turn as his Sous Chef. While Ryan and Chris failed to portray the leadership qualities Chef Ramsay was looking for, Zlata and Dani had respectable runs. However, the strongest leadership qualities came from Cleo, who inarguably had the strongest run as Sous Chef.
Despite their strong leadership skills, Zlata and Cleo struggled on the fish and garnish stations respectively. During elimination, they were named as the nightโs nominees. In the end, Chef Ramsay decided to send home Zlata, ending her dream of becoming Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City and winning Hellโs Kitchen.

The chefs were challenged to make a creative slider, being told that the best would be featured in a famous cooking magazine. Even though Ryan and Chris delivered perfectly cooked sliders, they were overlooked by the presentation of Cleo, Zlata and Daniโs dishes. Ultimately, the best slider belonged to Zlata, and she ultimately won the challenge as well as the spot in the famous food magazine.
In dinner service, the chefs attempted to replicate the success of their previous serviceโฆ but failed miserably. Every station ended up having issues. A disappointed Chef Ramsay asked the Black Jackets to nominate 2 chefs for elimination based on everything that had happened in the competition so far.
At elimination, the Black Jackets nominated Dani and Chrisโฆ but Chef Ramsay didnโt agree with the nominations at all. Instead, he found that the two more fitting nominees were Gigi and Zlata. In the end, Chef Ramsay said goodbye to Gigi, and ended her dream of becoming head chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City and winning Hellโs Kitchen.

For their first individual reward challenge, the Black Jacket chefs were challenged to choose their ingredients using a very strict budget. They each attempted to make a dish that looked and tasted a lot better than what it was worth, but in the end, Ryanโs dish was deemed to have the highest value. He won the challenge, and took Zlata with him on a shopping spree.
In dinner service, Chef Ramsay revealed that he had invited some special guests to cook in the Blue Kitchen against the Black Jackets: a brigade of the past Hellโs Kitchen winners and runner-ups. During service, Ryan struggled on meat while Zlata struggled on apps, and the returning chefs were surprisingly inconsistent. Despite the hiccups, it was one of the best services in the history of Hellโs Kitchen. The returning chefs received an approval rating of 97% while the black jackets received a 99%.
Despite winning the service against the returning chefs, the Black Jackets were still asked to nominate one chef for elimination. The chefs nominated Zlata, but Chef Ramsay also wanted to hear from Ryan. However, Chef Ramsay decided not to send anyone home because of their near perfect service, keeping everyoneโs dream of becoming Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City alive.

It was time to test the chefโs palates in the Blind Annual Taste Test. While Ryan and Gigi proved to have the best palates on the Blue Team, Cleo stood out as the only person to get 4 out of 4 ingredients correct. Dani and Zlataโs palates, however, hardly scored points for the Blue Team, leading to another Red Team victory.
In dinner service, the Blue Team had their best service throughout the entire competition. The Red Team, however, struggled on the meat, fish and apps stations. Chris, however, had a consistent night and was named best of the worst.
At the elimination ceremony, he nominated Cleo and Jorge. Chef Ramsay said goodbye to Jorge, ending his dream of becoming the Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City and winning a quarter of a million dollars.

Weโve all come a long way since the start of the competition, and I believe that every chef here has grown in some wayโฆ so Iโve decided that itโs time end the Team portion of this competition! The chefs played a game of Craps to determine what ingredients they would be working with. When their dishes were judged, it was Ryan, Corrin, Lee and Zlata who all scored big, resulting in a tie. However, the winning dish of the day belonged to Corrin, winning the challenge for the Red Team.
In Dinner Service, Corrin had a disastrous night on fish while Cleo had a disastrous night on meat. Jorge also had trouble on the garnish and appetizer stations.
The Red Team ultimately lost service that night, and nominated Jorge and Corrin. When all was said and done, Chef Ramsay said goodbye to Corrin, ending her dream of becoming the Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City and winning Hellโs Kitchen.

The chefs were given a hands on approach for choosing ingredientsโฆ live ingredients. After handling the livestock, the chefs cooked their dishes, but in the end it was the Red Team that ended up victorious.
In dinner service, Mac was in charge of both the garnish AND appetizer station, but failed to stay on top of things. Zlata in the Blue Kitchen and Corrin in the Red Kitchen also struggled on their respective meat stations. Despite their mistakes, service went smoothly and both teams were named as joint winners. However, they were both still tasked with naming one nominee for elimination.
The Blue Team nominated Mac while the Red Team nominated Corrin. When all was said and done, Chef Ramsay decided to eliminate Mac for his poor management of 2 stations, ending his dream of becoming the Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City and winning Hellโs Kitchen.

The chefs were tested in a challenge that forced them to adapt with new ingredients. While some chefs failed to live up to the challenge, others thrived. However, it was Zlata that ultimately won the challenge for her team.
In dinner service, both teams failed to meet Chef Ramsayโs standards. In the Red Kitchen, Ricardo failed on Apps and Lee failed on meat. In the Blue Kitchen, Zlata failed on fish and Gigi failed on meat. Ultimately, Chef Ramsay decided there would be no winning team.

Chef Ramsay: Today, I wanted you to work with fresh ingredientsโฆ and this as fresh as they come! In that pen, we are keeping a cow, lamb, pig, chicken and duck. These are the dishes you will be making today. Before you do that, howeverโฆ I want you to decide amongst your team who will be making what dish. Thenโฆ youโll all attempt to put the animal representing the dish youโre making back in its proper pen. The team that manages to do that in the fastest time will win a 5 minute advantage when cooking your dishes.

The chefs were tasked to make Asian Cuisine across 6 different asian countries. While some chefs like Corrin and Jorge were on target, others such as Goose and Gigi failed miserably. Ultimately, the Red Team won the challenge.
In dinner service, the Red Teamโs new addition of Chris had a flawless service, but the same could not be said for Cleo on the meat station and Corrin on the appetizer station. And in the Blue Kitchen, Goose held back his team on the Garnish station.
The Red Team once again lost service, and decided to nominate Cleo and Corrin for elimination. However, Chef Ramsay shocked everyone when he decided that he had seen enough of Goose. During the Bar Mitzvah dinner service, Clarissa failed to make her own dish, sinking the red kitchen. Then, Ricardoโs blunder on the garnish station prevented his team from serving their VIP table. The Red Team was named the loading team of the night.

Chef Ramsay had the chefs go duck hunting. For the reward challenge, they had to cook a duck meal using only 7 ingredients that their team had collectively chosen. While most of the red team were on target with their dishes, Goose, Ricardo and Chris missed the mark, costing the Blue Team victory and sending the Red Team on another reward.
In dinner service, the Blue Team once again managed to deliver a strong service despite Jorgeโs blunder on the meat station. In the Red Kitchen, however, Zlata failed to deliver on appetizers while Dani struggled on meat and Clarissa and Gigi couldnโt get it together on meat. Eventually, Chef Ramsay had enough and kicked the Red Team out of service for the second night in a row. He then told them that he wanted 3 nominees.
The women ultimately decided to nominate Zlata, Dani and Gigi. However, everyone was shocked when Chef Ramsay called up Jorge. Chef Ramsay decided to give Jorge a second chance on the Red Team along with Lee and Ricardo while sending Zlata, Dani and Gigi over to the Blue Team, keeping everyoneโs dream of becoming the Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City alive.

The chefโs palates were tested in a protein identification challenge. The womenโs performances left Chef Ramsay disappointed, but the men all proved to have strong palates and finished in about half of the womenโs time, easily winning the challenge.
During dinner service, the men managed to pull it together and delivered a strong service. However, in the Red Kitchen, Clarissa failed to deliver on meat, Gigi underperformed on garnish, and Kianna was a disaster on appetizers. The women were announced as the losers of the night, and were tasked with nominating 2 chefs for elimination.
The women ultimately decided to nominate Clarissa and Kianna, and when they faced Chef Ramsay, he decided to send home Kianna, ending her dream of becoming the Head Chef of El Mirage in Atlantic City, and winning a quarter of a million dollars.

The chefs were tested on their ability to communicate by making recipes on the back of their chef jackets. Some dishes, such as Mikeโs and Kiannaโs, disappointed, but Corrin and Chrisโs dishes stood out as the best of the challenge. When the final score resulted in a tie, Chef Ramsay had to choose between them. He ultimately chose Corrinโs dish, leading to the women winning the reward.
In Dinner Service, the Red Team had a few hiccups, but managed to pull it together and finish strong. The Blue Team, however, struggled with Walter on Appetizers and Lee on Garnish. However, it was Ricardo and Mike who ultimately sunk the kitchen and got the whole team kicked out.
During the Elimination Ceremony, the Blue Team chose to nominate Ricardo and Walter. When all was said and done, Chef Ramsay eliminated Walter, ending his dream of becoming the Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City, and winning Hellโs Kitchen.

Chef Ramsay decided to teach the chefs how to properly make risotto. He then tasked each team to recreate 20 perfect servings. It was a close race, but the men ended up seizing the victory as well as their first challenge win. The women were stuck with their first punishment while the men got to enjoy the perks of winning.
Later during dinner service, Walter was inconsistent with his garnishes and Mike underperformed with his wellingtons, but they, along with the rest of the chefs, managed to bounce back.
All except for one chef on the Red Team.
Michelle failed to deliver a single properly cooked portion of risotto. Eventually, her mistakes were too much for Chef Ramsay to forgive, and he eliminated her from the competition mid-service, ending her dream of becoming Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City and winning Hellโs Kitchen.
Unlike her station partner, Cleo thrived on the appetizer station. After Michelleโs exit, she single handedly managed to finish appetizers for the Red Kitchen, becoming one of the standout performers of the night.
Both kitchens managed to complete service, and improved greatly from opening night. As a reward for their efforts, Chef Ramsay decided not to eliminate anyone else that night, keeping all of their dreams of winning Hellโs Kitchen alive.
