The chefs were tasked to make Asian Cuisine across 6 different asian countries. While some chefs like Corrin and Jorge were on target, others such as Goose and Gigi failed miserably. Ultimately, the Red Team won the challenge.
In dinner service, the Red Teamโs new addition of Chris had a flawless service, but the same could not be said for Cleo on the meat station and Corrin on the appetizer station. And in the Blue Kitchen, Goose held back his team on the Garnish station.
The Red Team once again lost service, and decided to nominate Cleo and Corrin for elimination. However, Chef Ramsay shocked everyone when he decided that he had seen enough of Goose. He asked for his jacket, ending his dream of becoming the Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City with a salary of a quarter of a million dollars.
The chef wake up bright and early for their next reward challenge. They go downstairs to find the kitchens each with a series of dish domes spread out on the counters. There is also a giant throne next to Chef Ramsay.
Chef Ramsay: For your challenge today, I want to test your ability to adapt. I want you all to individually make me a dish of your own. When the time starts, there will be a series of ingredients underneath one of the domes you see before you. Each chef must pick out one and ONLY one of these ingredients and they MUST incorporate them into their dish. Then, at another predetermined time, the next dome will be lifted and you must pick another ingredient to incorporate into your dish, and so on. When the time is up, I will individually taste all the dishes. Whichever one is the best will win the challenge for their team. Your time startsโฆ NOW!

Dani has zero mistakes on the appetizer station. However, Ricardo is having a slow start after sending in 2 raw servings of risotto. Things get worse when he sends in his third.
With Ricardoโs blunder on appetizers putting the Red Team behind, the Blue Team moves on to entreesโฆ but unfortunately, Gigi starts off badly by sending in 3 undercooked wellingtons. Mac also sends in 2 raw lambs.
This allows for the Red Team to catch up. As they move on to their entrees, Chris puts them behind by sending in 2 overcooked lambs. Corrin then sends in 2 raw salmon.
However, the Blue Kitchen is still having trouble.
With the Blue Team attempting to correct their mistake, Chef Ramsay looks for the Red Team to finish their entrees. However, one chef is holding them back.
Chef Ramsay: Oh fuck meโฆ hey, who cooked the lamb?
Lee: I did, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Yeah? Just look at thatโฆ 3 servings of lamb that are cut up to fuckโฆ what the fuck happened here? Itโs like a fucking dog chewed them up! You know Iโm not gonna serve this shit!

The chefs head up to their dorms to decide who to nominate.
The Red Team decides that Lee should be the first nominee for his poor performance on the meat station. Lee says he wants Corrin to go up next to him because she made mistakes tonight as well, but everyone else decides on Ricardo as the second nominee because of his setbacks on the appetizer station.
The Blue Team instantaneously decides to put up Gigi for her disastrous display on the meat station tonight. They decide that the next nominee should either be Mac or Zlata for their poor performances on their respective stations. However, they canโt decide which one. Eventually, they come to a decision.
The Red Team and the Blue Team meets with Chef Ramsay for elimination.
Chef Ramsay: What a dreadful night. No one was in sync, and every station had issues, and it was just shit. Have you all reached a decision?

Ricardo states that he feels that his team doesnโt have his back but wants to show them that heโs a strong chef for them. Gigi says that despite her hiccups, she is one of the strongest chefs on her team and is only ready to thrive from here. Zlata says she owns up to all her mistakes and plans to learn from them so they never happen again.
