The chefs were challenged to pick their ingredients in the dark. Some managed to do so successfully while others were quite blind. When the chefs got to cooking their dishes, Chef Ramsay found that the Blue Team was superior and awarded them the win.
During dinner service, Mattilynn held back her team on the appetizer station, Jorge failed to deliver on the garnish station, and Cleo floundered on the fish station. The Red Team once again lost service.
At elimination, The Red Team nominated Jorge and Mattilynn, but Chef Ramsay also wanted to hear from Cleo. In the end, it was Mattilynn who saw her dream of becoming Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City come to an end.
The chefs wake up early for their next challenge. They go downstairs to see Chef Ramsay standing in front of a series of flags representing Asian countries.
Chef Ramsay: For todayโs challenge, I thought weโd focus on a very important style of cuisineโฆ Asian cuisine!
At that moment, a group of people walk out carrying ingredients that are labeled to be from six different countries: China, Japan, India, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia.
Chef Ramsay: One chef from each team will be assigned to create a dish in the cuisine style of one of these countries. Examples of common dishes and ingredients from these countries have been provided.

Chef Ramsay has invited two guest judges to taste the dishes along with him. They will all taste the dishes and individual award each chef a score between 1 and 5 stars. The team that earns the most stars wins the challenge.

Once again, the Red Team is struggling to get their appetizers out. Ryan has only made one mistake with a soupy risotto, but Corrin is struggling even more. She has already sent in 2 raw portions of risotto, and is hoping that the third timeโs the charm.
Corrin quickly recovers on Apps. As entrees begin to leave both kitchens, problems arise in both kitchens.
Zlata and Dani send in a raw lamb and wellington respectively. Cleo sends in 2 undercooked lambs while Lee screws up 2 of his garnishes. Goose also fails to send in 2 garnishes, putting his team behind.
As the service continues, Cleo once again sends in a raw lamb while Gigi sends in a raw salmon. However, Goose is still having trouble with his garnishes.
With Gooseโs unbelievable setback on the garnish station rebounding, service appears to almost be done, but not before the Red Kitchen suffers from another blunder.
Chef Ramsay calls for the chefs to meet him after service.

The Red Team comes to a decision rather quickly tonight. The immediately agree on Cleo for her constant mistakes on the meat station, and then decide to put up Corrin for her mistakes on Apps. Corrin tries to suggest Lee for his setbacks on Garnish, but the team agrees that Cleo and Corrin had made more mistakes tonight.
The Red Team meets with Chef Ramsay for elimination while the Blue Team watches.
Chef Ramsay: I gotta say, Iโve gotten very used to seeing you fuckers hereโฆ itโs almost like tradition. Have you reached a decision?
Red Team: Yes, chef!
Chef Ramsay: Chris, who is the first nominee and why?
Chris: That would be Cleo, chef. She fell apart on the meat station tonight and held all of us back.
Chef Ramsay: Second nominee and why?
Chris: Corrin, chef. At this point we feel that you should be able to make risotto and she couldnโt do that tonight.
Chef Ramsay: Right. Cleo, Corrinโฆ step forward.
Cleo and Corrin step forward to face Chef Ramsay. Chef Ramsay states that he feels that Cleo has given up, seeing as this is the second night in a row she has faced him. Cleo assured him that she is embarrassed of her latest performances and plans to bounce back if she is given another chance.
Chef Ramsay then states that he feels as if the Appetizer station is cursed, and asks if Corrin feels like sheโs been hexed. Corrin states she hasnโt and has just had a bad night, but says she plans to step up her game so that tonight never happens again.
Chef Ramsay: Hereโs the thingโฆ tonight, Iโm going to eliminate the one person here who is, without a doubt, the weakest link on their team. This person has shown me no passion, no leadership, very little talentโฆ and above all, absolutely zero growth.

The chefs then head off for bed. As Chef Ramsay walks up to his office, he narrates a comment on Gooseโs elimination.
