The chefs were tasked with making dishes for a boyโs Bar Mitzvah which would take place in Hellโs Kitchen. While Mac and Zlata scored for their team, The Red Team managed to dominate all other members of the Blue Team and won the reward.
During the Bar Mitzvah dinner service, Clarissa failed to make her own dish, sinking the red kitchen. Then, Ricardoโs blunder on the garnish station prevented his team from serving their VIP table. The Red Team was named the loading team of the night.
At elimination, the Red Team nominated Clarissa and Ricardo. Chef Ramsay decided to send home Clarissa, ending her dream, of becoming Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City with a salary of a quarter of a million dollars.
Chef Ramsay: One of the most important senses that we use as chefsโฆ in fact, one of the sense that is often overlooked in cookingโฆ is our sense of touch. Itโs important for a chef to identify the texture of ingredients beside the look and taste of them. Thatโs why I want to put your sense of touch to the test today. In this box is a wide variety of ingredients for you all to pick out individually. Howeverโฆ the box is completely pitch black. Relying only on your sense of touch, you must pick out a maximum of 5 ingredients to incorporate in your dish today. You only have a limited amount of time to pick your ingredients inside that box, and once you come outโฆ thereโs no going back in. So make sure you know what youโre looking for in there! Youโll be going in one at a time to pick your ingredients.
The chefs each pick out their ingredients. Some are able to identify the ingredients they want while others end up grabbing undesired items. Hereโs how well each chef was able to pick out their ingredients on a scale of 1 to 5.

When the dishes are done, Chef Ramsay informs the Blue Team that since they have an extra person on their team, they must choose to drop one of their dishes. They all decided to drop Zlataโs dish due to her not being confident in her ingredient choices.
Chef Ramsay: Rightโฆ now, Iโll be judging your dishes Head to Head once again, awarding a point to the dish I deem the best. The team with the most points wins the challenge.
Up first is Goose vs. Jorge.
Gooseโs Dish: What the fuck is thisโฆ this is raw, for one. And then, literally nothing on the dish works together. This dish is a disgrace.
Jorgeโs Dish: I feel the dish couldโve used a little more seasoning, but I love the use of ingredients. Itโs a good effort.
Chef Ramsay: Well thereโs no way Iโm awarding that disgrace of a dish. The point goes to Jorge.

Appetizers do not start off strong. Mattilynn messes up 2 risottos while Gigi messes up 1. However, Gigi quickly recovers and the Blue Team moves on to entrees. Mattilynn, however, is holding her team back.
With Mattilynnโs blunders causing the Red Team to fall behind, the Blue Team is already well into their entrees. Chris and Goose have one communication issue while Mac and Zlata do the same. Ryan also overcooks one salmon. However, these are pretty much the biggest problems from the Blue Kitchen tonight.
As the Red Kitchen moves onto entrees, however, problems arise from the garnish station.
After Cleoโs mistake, the Red Team attempts to finish service. However, the Blue Team has already finished their service 11 tickets ahead. Chef Ramsay orders for the Blue Team to help the Red Team finish their tickets. After this, the rest of service goes smoothly.
Chef Ramsay: Letโs get one thing straight, the winning team tonight is obviously the Blue Team. Red Team, they finished 11 tickets in front of youโฆ they were all in sync tonight. You were not. We need to cut the fat immediately. I want 2 nominees for elimination. Think carefully about which 2 chefs you think youโd be better off without.
Chef Ramsay turns to the Blue Team.
Chef Ramsay: Blue Teamโฆ itโs obvious that the Red Team needs some guidence. Ryan, Chris, Goose and Macโฆ Iโd like for one of you to volunteer to go over to the Red Team after tonightโs elimination. Perhaps one of you can help get the red team in shape. Now get out of here.
The chefs then head up to the dorms. The Blue Team tries to decide which chef to send to the Red Team. Ryan and Chris immediately volunteer and the rest of the chefs vote for which of them to go over to the Red Team.
In the case of nominees, the Red Team decides that Jorge should be the first due to his poor performance on garnish. The vote is then split between Mattilynn for her blunder on Apps and Cleo for her blunder on fish. However, the chefs do eventually reach a decision.
