Chef Ramsay had the chefs go duck hunting. For the reward challenge, they had to cook a duck meal using only 7 ingredients that their team had collectively chosen. While most of the red team were on target with their dishes, Goose, Ricardo and Chris missed the mark, costing the Blue Team victory and sending the Red Team on another reward.
In dinner service, the Blue Team once again managed to deliver a strong service despite Jorgeโs blunder on the meat station. In the Red Kitchen, however, Zlata failed to deliver on appetizers while Dani struggled on meat and Clarissa and Gigi couldnโt get it together on meat. Eventually, Chef Ramsay had enough and kicked the Red Team out of service for the second night in a row. He then told them that he wanted 3 nominees.
The women ultimately decided to nominate Zlata, Dani and Gigi. However, everyone was shocked when Chef Ramsay called up Jorge. Chef Ramsay decided to give Jorge a second chance on the Red Team along with Lee and Ricardo while sending Zlata, Dani and Gigi over to the Blue Team, keeping everyoneโs dream of becoming the Head Chef at El Mirage in Atlantic City alive.

Everyone suddenly looks confused. Some chefs are laughing a little inside while some have no idea whatโs going on.
Chef Ramsay: Paul has recently turned 13, and he and his family have agreed for Hellโs Kitchen to be the venue for a very special event. Tonight, Hellโs Kitchen will be holding Paulโs Bar Mitzvah!
Everyone suddenly starts making sense of the situation and begins clapping.
Chef Ramsay: A Bar Mitzvah is a very important ceremony of the Jewish religion that marks a boyโs beginning of adulthood. Tonight, Paul will be having his Bar Mitzvah party here. He wants you to make 7 stunning meals that will be presented on tonightโs menu.
Paul then begins talking about what kind of foods he wants to see, as well as what ingredients heโs not fond of. He says he wants traditional style food without any strong or spicy flavors.

Clarissa and Goose are responsible for getting out tonightโs appetizers. However, they immediately start having trouble.
Goose starts off by sending in 2 uneven portions of risotto. However, Clarissa is off to an even worse start when she sends in 2 undercooked portions of her own dish. Things only get worse when she attempts to correct her mistake.
Chef Ramsay: Clarissa! Come here, you! Look at that. Your own fucking dish. Stone fucking cold. Your own fucking dish! 2 more fucking servings of this raw shit. Are you done?
Clarissa: Not at all, chef!
Chef Ramsay: Then pull it together! Come on, this is your dish! You should be nailing this!
Clarissa quickly recovers from her mistakes after this.
As the customers begin ordering entrees, small mistakes arise from the chefs. In the Red Kitchen, Jorge and Lee both overcook their respective dishes once, and Cleo and Ricardo fail to properly communicate when their garnishes will be ready. In the Blue Kitchen, Mac and Gigi both send in an undercooked lamb, Chris and Zlata send in an undercooked salmon and unseared scallops respectively, and Dani sends in one less garnish than what she needs. However, these are the last mistakes that come from the Blue Kitchen.
In the Red Kitchen, however, the fish station is facing problems.
Chef Ramsay: Iโm missing 2 garnishes! Ricardo, I have 5 plates for this table, why have you only given me 3 garnishes?
Ricardo: Sorry chef, Iโ
Chef Ramsay: Youโre sorry? We canโt serve the table until the garnishes are ready! This means we have to refire everything! Donโt apologize to me, apologize to our fucking guests!
Ricardo: Iโll do that, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Yes you will. Itโs like you left your brain on that fucking yacht!
Chef Ramsay: That was not the service I was expecting. We got through it, but it was sloppyโฆ and letโs be honest, it was disappointing. However, while both kitchens had mistakes, there was one kitchen that managed to bounce back. So the winning team tonightโฆ

Chef Ramsay: Red Team, even with the change in teammates youโve once again proven yourselves as inferior to the team standing next to you. It seems like no matter what I do, the Blue Team ALWAYS manages to dominate you in service. We had several huge mistakes tonight that we shouldnโt have been having, which is why thereโs no doubt in my mind that youโre the losing team tonight. Head upstairs and have a good think about the 2 chefs youโd be better off without. Now fuck off.
The Red Team heads upstairs to think about who should go up. Immediately, the team agrees that Ricardo should go up for screwing up the garnishes for the VIP table. Mattilynn then suggests Clarissa as the second nominee for butchering her own dish. Clarissa argues against this and says Corrin should go up for her mistakes on the fish station. Lee suggests that it may be the better move to nominate Corrin because Clarissa has been consistent in challenges. He also states that he thinks Corrin is starting to slip. After some more debate, the team reaches a decision.
The Red Team meets with Chef Ramsay for elimination while the Blue Team watches.
Chef Ramsay: Leeโฆ has the Red Team reached a decision?
Lee: Yes, chef.

Ricardo and Clarissa step forward to face Chef Ramsay. Chef Ramsay asks Ricardo if he can count, and he says that he can and that tonight he just made a simple mistake that wonโt happen again. He then asks Clarissa why she couldnโt make her own dish and she responds by saying she was under a lot of pressure and didnโt have the support of her team. Ricardo then snaps back to this comment and says that she doesnโt need someoneโs help to make her own dish.
Chef Ramsay: Okayโฆ the person leaving Hellโs Kitchen isโฆ
Clarissa walks up to Chef Ramsay takes her jacket off.
Chef Ramsay: You clearly donโt have the support of your team, youโre not improvingโฆand if you canโt even cook your own dish, you are clearly NOT ready to be my Head Chef in Atlantic City.
Clarissa then gives her jacket to Chef Ramsay and leaves Hellโs Kitchen.
