PORTUGAL
The first host country song I have liked since I started watching Eurovision in 2013!! While I originally wasn't the biggest fan of this song, it quickly grew on me. Claudia's vocals are just beautifully haunting throughout the entire song, but also sound delicate in a way that I love. The composition of the song is also wonderful, and while I don't understand Portuguese, I can still feel the song through her emotions and singing. I also love the part where Isaura chimes in, and just that little difference really adds a lot to the song for me. This entire song as a whole is just fantastic, and I'm really happy Portugal have sort of found a sound that works for them! Portugal really deserves to do well this year, and I hope this song receives the placement it deserves
