We have seen an increase in bans against users for pedophilia on this website and it's a great thing to remove predators. However, it is unfair to see #Marlakk get grouped together with these predators for ONE off-handed remark.
The moderators completely ignored my lengthy mail I wrote last week regarding the subject, but 95 days is enough. He is not a predator and does not deserve a permanent ban. People may not like me, but it is the truth. It's time to stop claiming people are predators for strategic purposes or because you don't like them.
Don't do it for me, do it because it's the right thing to do.
Yeah, there are actual predators out there who need to be dealt with, he isn't one. He should have shown better judgment with what he said, but not a predator.

not gonna weigh in on this bc i don't know what happened but if he gets unbanned then a certain other recently-banned user should also be unbanned and i don't think that's gonna happen
this is such a grey area because if someone else makes a stupid comment then will they get banned too? I think the TOS needs to be clear on what is deemed a predator whether its a one time really fucked up joke or if its a pattern. Obviously this was a one time thing but I think the mods need to make a blog and advise us on what the best and most fair course of action would be and their reasoning behind it
