Okay so this blog specifically concerns the tengager Jerimondo who got UNBANNED recently after posting PORN and getting PERMD.... why the favouritism? Which mod put the wheels in motion to see this result?
Not only he got a free pass to return to tengaged after a permenant ban but he also played on multi accounts during his ban [which is also against the rules]. Now, it's be all fine and dandy if everyone had friends in moderation to help get them unbanned but this is clear and blatant unfair treatment imo.
If one user can get a perm ban from posting porn overturned then there needs to be serious consideration by moderators to either;
revoke all perm bans from a set date [if requested by said user]
or
allow the perm banned users to appeal the ban by showing remorse, with context of the individual situations to be assessed thoroughly to give people second chances.
In my book, if you're going to treat one user one way, then everyone else should be treated the same too.
Many people on here have friends who're perm banned who can't even get a reply from moderation email regarding bans or even get a second glance about revoking them..
I'd really love to know which moderator side stepped their highly regarded position on here to "help a friend" get his account back.... nothing against jerimondo personally here but the whole situation stinks and everyone should have equal opportunity to get back their accounts if he is able to do it.. :|
for example #Melissasinclair29 still banned.. gets no replies from moderation, yet if she had a friend on the moderation panel like jerimondo the situation would be a hell of a lot different. I'm sure we ALL got friends we miss and would like to see back on this site after perm bans.. [which most of the users probably regret] something needs to be done about it sharpish. :|
Permbans are sometimes overturned. Jerimondo had posted porn over a year before he got his account back and he didn't make a multi for over 4 months after his ban (which is when you're allowed back) . and Sandizzle didn't actually post porn, the IP linked to him did which is why sandizzle could come back but minsi couldn't.
Utsumi well I think if certain moderators are willing to help some people get perms revoked because it's their friend.. a new system should be in place to let users put up appeals against their perms and assess each situation ect
and yeah I had the same issue as Sandizzle a few weeks ago.
This isn't the first case of this. I know of at least two others. Those bans were well over a year plus into the ban, I don't agree with the ban being fully overturned if it is a "perm ban". However I'll say that there should be a second chance for anyone who is a "perm ban" and if that person does anything wrong the account is done.
I 100% agree! My account #Ace27901 has not been unbanned, after I messaged the moderation email multiple times with reasons why it should be. It's really not unfair that others get to be treated differently from me when I wasn't even really a problem up until that one ban...
I think You should be unbanned, depending on what You did to earn ur perm ban.
Example: #Fiona89 said the word CUNT and isnt unbanned yet - Clear example of somebody who should be unbanned
If you posted porn, then sweetie, You should just shut the fuck up and enjoy your new white level account.
