This is just so right for me! You've gave me an amazing song which gives off a movie soundtrack vibe which I am looking for and detail you have gave me of your movie idea is impeccable. I think the match of tone and plot line is also a wonder and I am overjoyed with what you've pulled off with this song and movie! This is a great start to the episode and Zest you seem to be performing better and better as the season goes on!!!

This is a very generic movie plot and I just don't see that you put the effort and passion into this episode that what I have saw you in the previous weeks. I think the song is good but I just don't see there much to the song with the plot as I do get where you have gone however you have left it way too much to the imagination and therefore I don't know where you wanted to lead me too and I just don't think i'd watch the film.

Now this works and I do see this being a very popular movie when it would be made. I think it has a lot of depth to it and since it is based off of real life circumstances it does show the aspect of people's thoughts and those wanting to make a change but in unorthodox methods. I wish you gave me more to work with however with what you have gave me, I know where you was going with this!

I am so glad you have gone a little away from what everyone is doing this round and I think it actually did you pretty well. I liked your storyline that you have put forward and the twist of it being the twin and not the actual Andrew is such a cool idea that was made which I have to applaud. HOWEVER, the song just wasn't it in my eyes and there was just something missing. I felt that the song was very generic and a little boring.

I love Winona. Her voice is especially beautiful in this song. The essence of this song was just exquisite.
"Barco a Venus" by Mecano #Yoko_Homo
I love Mecano. I feel like the music embodied the theme the most. I felt like I was traveling through space.
"Your Best American Girl" by Mitski #fetish
I mean Mitski's voice is amazing and she quite often references celestial bodies in her music. This song is so stunning.
Verdict: You guys came in swinging ! All three songs were exceptional. It came down to Yoko and Zest. Although I loved "Barco a Venus", I really enjoyed Zest's take on the theme with "Island of the Sun". Zest you have mopped this category.

I love cumbias. This is a great representation. The lyrics are heartbreaking. I thought some of my Spanish music taste was niche but you seem to keep tapping into it. This song gave me classy Hispanic party.
"Let's Play" Kristina Maria
Even though this song was a little too pop for my personal liking, I did enjoy it. It was very for lack of a better term catchy. I think this song would have blown up in the 2010s.
Verdict: This category was probably the most personal one. The two songs that gave me a better sense of their home country were "CPA3y BblCOKO" and "No Me Arrepiento De Este Amor." Ultimately, the winner for this category is #Yoko_Homo

Journey: "Portrait of A Clear Day" - Julie Byrne
Her vocals and lyrics are right up my alley! I love any song that uses nature imagery. There's still some grit to it, so I think that it accurately represents your journey. You only faced Redemption once, but after that you slayed every theme.
Best: "Amara Terra Mia" - Tsar B
This is easily in the top 5 submissions this season. Her vocals and voice control are insane. The lyrics and overall song are beautiful and dark. You dominated the elements of voice and lyrics with your submissions all the way to the end. Tonight you have earned 92/100 points.

Her vocals are super clean in this very femme pop. The song is cute but I'm not crazy over it.

The vibe of this song is just immaculate! Great choice. After Hyuna left, you became the pop girlie, but I think you better submission were your rock songs, like this one. i wish you would have tapped in more into your punk/rock side, but you did stay true to yourself throughout. I actually used to know this song word for word lol. Before "A Quien Le Importa" came "Se Dice De Mi". Her sass in this song is just amazing.Even though the song is tango, she's almost rapping the lyrics. I love this submission overall.

I absolutely love this song. This is one of my favorite songs/artists ever. In this competition you started off slow, but once you took off you soared winning 3 weeks back to back. Whimsical Witchical
This week there will be two challenges that fall under the same theme: magic!! Each challenge will have one winner and one loser. Both losers will face off in the Redemption. If you win the first challenge you're still eligible to win the second. Winning either challenge will immune you from the redemption round, meaning whoever performed second worst or third worst will replace you. This week #Zest and #yoko_homo won the Gagged Them A Bit advantage meaning they can make any of you change ONE of your songs if they deem it too good.
Challenge #1: Alebrijes
Alebrijes are spirit guides that protect us in the afterlife or spiritual journey. They are a pet that we had in our human life that gain powers and become a hybrid with other animals or creatures. For example, if you had a dog as pet you Alebrije might be part dog, dragon, fish, and wolf. For this challenge you must describe your Alebrije briefly (which animals make him up and his powers) and a song that represents it.
Challenge #2: Season of the Witch
I'll keep this one shorter. Witches have been around for centuries and are a part of many cultures. One of the post polarizing myths in history. Some are believed to be good while other are believed to be evil. For this challenge you must submit a song that tells the story of witch or gives witch vibes. You can include a brief description if you please.
This is an example of what is required to make it a little easier:

ReallyReally - “Haute Couture”- Rosalia
This is a big improvement from last week. This song is super catchy. I’m not a huge Rosalia fan, but this song is just supposed to be fun and it transmits that. It’s very tongue in cheek. All the elements work well together from her voice to the music. Her vocals here aren’t her best work here, but again it’s a h song.
Zest - “amara terra mia” - tsar b
Wow. I think this is the first song in the competition to leave me cold. Fria! Her voice is so hauntingly beautiful and so are the lyrics. The song itself is so simple yet so powerful. Good job this week.
Turkeylover - “Gateo” Isabella Lovestory and Ms. Nina
This could be a really good summer song. I’m not a huge Reggaeton fan but this song is super fun and catchy. The rap part was good and the two singers have a lot of personality and it shows in the song.
