(+/-) Denise Stapley ~ S25: Philippines

6 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Denise is a sex therapist who was a castaway on Survivor: Philippines. She was on the ill-fated Matsing tribe and subsequently attended every Tribal Council in the season. During the three-tribe stage of the game, Denise formed a tight bond with tribe mate Malcolm Freberg and they voted out Zane, Roxy, Angie, and Russell, leaving only the two of them left, after successfully hiding their tight alliance from the other Matsing members. At which point, Malcolm was sent to Tandang and Denise was sent to Kalabaw, where Denise continued her losing streak, leaving her vulnerable. Denise was able to utilize her social skills and join the Kalabaw men and Katie in unanimously voting for Dawson, while receiving her first vote in the game from Dawson. She then joined the Kalabaw men (Carter, Jeff, Penner) in voting Katie out of the game.
Despite attending every pre-merge Tribal Council with only one vote against her, Denise finally made the merge, and reunited with ally Malcolm. She managed to win the first individual immunity at the merge, the only time in the game where she was safe from elimination. She joined the plot to split the votes between R.C. and Penner, although her vote wasn’t counted due to Penner playing his Idol, leading R.C. to go home. At the next 3 tribal councils, she thus voted for members of Abi’s alliance, although it wasn’t until the third tribal council where she had the numbers on her side, with Michael flipping to team up with Kalabaw to vote out Artis. At the next Tribal Council, Lisa joined their side, and Denise voted for Abi, who used her idol, only for Pete to go. When Penner refused a final 4 with Lisa and Michael, Denise and Malcolm were approached instead, which they agreed to. The four of them were able to team up and vote for Jonathan, although the outsiders (Abi, Carter, Penner) voted for Denise to no avail. One by one, Penner, Carter, and Abi went home, with Abi targeting Denise on her way out. At final 4, Denise joined the others in taking out her closest ally, Malcolm, to secure her spot in the final 3.  Her ability to integrate herself into different groups of people and keep herself safe at EVERY tribal council, not to mention her smart strategic moves, won her the title of Sole Survivor, receiving 6 out of the 8  votes.
Denise was offered a spot on Blood vs. Water, but declined. Denise is one of 4 people to be on a tribe with every castaway – the other three being Rob, Vecepia, and Sean from Marquesas. Out of the 4, Sean is the only one not to win Survivor. Denise is the only person to reach the merge without ever being immune before it.  She is also the only person to attend every Tribal Council as a contestant during a season – she even witnessed Dana Lambert quit the game. Despite that record, Russell, Mick, and Natalie attended the same amount of tribals in their season (15), tying with Denise. Denise is the shortest Survivor winner @ 5 ft. tall and is the oldest female winner at 41 years old,..

(+/-) Lisa Whelchel ~ S25: Philippines

10 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Lisa is a child star who appeared as Blair on The Facts of Life back in the ‘80s, as well as a member of The Mickey Mouse Club. A huge fan of the show, Lisa got her wish when she appeared as a castaway on Survivor: Philippines, where she was a member of the Tandang tribe, where she revealed she retired from acting and had since devoted her life to the Christian faith.
Early on, Lisa found herself on the outs of her tribe, with Abi and R.C. perceiving her as untrustworthy. She would’ve easily been the first boot on the Tandang tribe, but fortunately, Tandang won every tribal immunity, keeping Lisa safe until the merge. Prior to the merge, Michael Skupin was the only one who recognized her as a former TV actress and kept her secret and the two would form a tight bond as a result.  When Abi and R.C. had a falling out, Abi and Pete formed a new alliance that included Lisa and fellow outcast Artis.
At the merge, Lisa joined her alliance in flushing Penner’s idol and voting out R.C. and Jeff.  After this, Abi became paranoid and questioned Lisa’s loyalty, only to push Skupin to flip to the other side and vote out Artis. Lisa joined Michael in flipping at the fourth vote in eliminating Pete. Lisa and Skupin offered Penner a final 4 deal, but he declined, so Lisa and Skupin formed a final 4 pact with Malcolm and Denise. Together, they voted out Penner and Carter, and finally eliminated Abi-Maria.  Throughout the game, Lisa was very emotional and struggled with her morals and separating her emotions from strategy. At final 4, she and Michael were solid together, so the vote was between Denise and Malcolm. It was Lisa who decided that Malcolm was the biggest threat, and he was unanimously sent home.
Lisa made it to Final Tribal Council without a single vote against her. She was criticized by the jury for gameplay, which they found inconsistent and lacking confidence, unlike Denise and Michael. Penner exposed to the jury her true identity. In the end, Lisa only won the vote of R.C., tying her with Skupin as a co-runner up to Denise (the first co-runner ups since Fiji). She won the fan favorite award, beating Malcolm, becoming the first new player on season featuring returning castaways to win.
After the show, she found out she contracted the West Nile virus, which takes a year to recover from. That and the fact of her being a parent prevented her from agreeing to return in back-to-back seasons on Survivor: Caramoan – Fans vs. Favorites. Before its cancellation, Lisa was in talks of co-hosting The Jeff Probst show permnanently, after guest co-hosting several episodes. Since the show aired, she came out of acting retirement and has appeared in two Hallmark films and in Tyler Perry’s A Madea Christmas.

(+/-) Malcolm Freberg ~ Philippines &..

10 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Malcom is a castaway who appeared on back-to-back seasons. He first appeared on Suvivor: Philippines and was known for his close alliance with Sole survivor Denise. He then appeared immediately after on Survivor: Caramoan- Fans vs. Favorites, where he returned as a “favorite”.
According to Survivor Wiki: “Starting off on the dreadful Matsing tribe, Malcolm quickly attached himself to fellow tribemate Angie Layton, and later on to Denise Stapley. After voting out his ally Angie, Denise and Malcolm worked together and ably pitted the remnants of the former Kalabaw and Tandang tribes against one another. This stratagem, along with Malcolm's challenge prowess and easy charm, helped him navigate all the way to the Final Four alongside Denise. The two were forced to turn against one another at this point, due to the close working relationship between Lisa Whelchel and Michael Skupin as well as the fact that both Denise and Malcolm recognized their biggest threat in each other. Lisa and Michael identified Malcolm as the likelier of the two to beat them in the final vote, siding with Denise and voting off Malcolm, though both would ultimately lose to Denise.
Returning as a favorite in Caramoan, Malcolm started off the game as a low-profile member of an alliance led by Phillip Sheppard. He got to the merge unscathed and, in collaboration with Corinne Kaplan and Reynold Toepfer, began laying the groundwork to turn on Phillip. This plan backfired catastrophically as Corinne was pre-emptively blindsided due to the diligence of Phillip's allies, including Dawn Meehan, Andrea Boehlke and eventual winner John Cochran. Though Malcolm's idol-finding prowess soon enabled his embattled Three Amigos alliance to eliminate Phillip in a memorable Tribal Council, he was never able to re-assert control of the game and was voted out on Day 30 for his status as a threat to the majority alliance.”
Malcolm lost the fan favorite award to Lisa in Philippines, only to win the award the following season, becoming the lowest placing person to do so (at 9th).  As a tribute to his mom, he named the merged tribe in Caramoan Enil Edam which is Madeline (her name) spelled backwards. Immediately after his original elimination, Jeff Probst offered him a spot on Caramoan (replacing Troyzan from One World). SPOILERS DON’T READ – Malcolm is currently rumored to be a castaway on Survivor 34: Game Changers – The Mamanuca Islands. He is currently dating professional fame whore and World Aparts castaway So Kim.

(+/-) Abi-Maria Gomes ~ Philippines &..

28 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Abi-Maria is a Survivor villainess, originally appearing on Survivor: Philippines. She later appeared on Survivor: Cambodia – Second Chances, where she attempted to redeem herself.
According to the Survivor Wiki: “In Philippines, Abi started the game in a strong alliance with RC Saint-Amour, but was pitted against her by [ally] Pete Yurkowski. Her game came unraveled when she was unable to manage her peers' perception of her as self-unaware and unlikable, as her conduct unwittingly drove Lisa Whelchel and Michael Skupin to the rival Kalabaw Alliance.
Though she attempted to change her personality in Cambodia, she ultimately returned to her old ways as a volatile character. She picked fights with Peih-Gee Law and Woo Hwang, and her antagonistic tendencies led her to be identified as a goat who could be easily beaten at the Final Tribal Council. Her Witches' Coven alliance [with Ciera and Wentworth] was relegated to permanent minority status after the merge, and though she was for some time a beneficiary of the unusual resilience of that alliance, she was finally eliminated in 7th place.”
According to Abi-Maria, she was originally recruited for Survivor: Tocantins, but was later cut when producers feared her Brazilian background would give her an unfair advantage, especially since she lived pretty close to wear filming occurred. She was replaced by first-boot Carolina Eastwood. Her father is Brazilian artist Gomes de Souza. She was one of 32 selected to be voted on by the public to be on Survivor Cambodia – Abi indeed received one of the top 10 female votes. Her participation caused R.C. to decline a spot. She made the jury in both of her appearances and voted for the eventual winner.  Abi won Best Villain at the 2015 Reality Television Awards, and around the time Cambodia began, she was dating cast mate and ally Pete.  She is currently an entrepreneur, releasing her own cocktail called Xi Acai which she said tasted like “a carnival in a bottle”.
You can find "Best of Abi-Maria" videos that fully encapsalate her personality, craziness, and entertainment (re: "At least you made jury this time").

(+/-) Carter Williams ~ S25: Philippines

7 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Carter was a castaway on Survivor: Philippines and a member of the Kalabaw tribe. He formed an alliance early on with both Penner and Jeff Kent (although he was initially on board with Jeff’s plan to oust Penner). Early on, Kalabaw remained safe due to their tribal immunity wins. On Day 11, Matsing dissolved and Denise joined the tribe. The next day, Dana quit the game, giving Carter’s side the numbers, and even more so when Denise joined his alliance.  At the merge, Carter stuck with Jeff, betraying Jonathan by joining in the vote to oust R.C.. Jeff was voted out the second tribal council at the merge, forcing Carter to reform his alliance with Penner, which now put him in the majority alliance, along with Denise, Malcolm, Lisa, and Michael.
Together, they turned the tables and voted out Artis and Pete, while flushing Abi’s Idol. But when Abi won the day 30 immunity, Carter’s alliance had to turn on each other. Carter and Penner tried to convince Michael to vote out Denise with them, unaware that Michael and Lisa had a tight bond with Malcolm and Denise (after Penner was wishy washy about a final 4 deal), so Penner was voted out in a 4-3 vote, leaving Carter on the outs with Abi. When Abi failed to win the next individual immunity, he begged the others to honor their word and vote out Abi with him, but the others felt Carter was too much of an endgame threat due to his likability, and he was unanimously voted out, becoming the 6th jury member. He was the first person in Survivor history to write down Michael “Skoopin”’s name, voting for him to win the game.  Despite his largely invisible edit, Carter was the highest placing member of Kalabaw, at 6th place.

(+/-) Pete Yurkowski ~ S25: Philippines

8 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Pete was a castaway from Survivor: Philippines and was a member of the Tandang tribe. He formed an alliance in the first few days with Abi-Maria Gomes and R.C. Saint-Amour, hoping the two of them would think of him as a dumb pretty face. Tandang enjoyed safety throughout the pre-merge portion of the game, never having to go to Tribal Council. This did not stop Pete from scheming, breaking up Abi and R.C. as a dynamic duo by showing the tribe the Hidden Immunity clue, which R.C. had, causing Abi to distrust R.C. and blow up on her, and accuse her of having the Idol. As a result, Abi and Pete formed a new alliance with Artis and Lisa, leaving Michael and R.C. in the minority.
On Day 17, the two remaining tribes merged, and Pete went to work right away, plotting against R.C., and they were able to convince the Kalabaw members to split their votes between Penner and R.C., to flush his Idol. With Penner indeed playing his Idol, Pete’s biggest nemesis was sent home.  When Penner ruined the plan to vote him out after R.C., everyone scrambled, and Pete came up with the plan to target Jeff and together Tandang voted for him, while Kalabaw and Malcolm voted against Pete (except Penner who was left in the dark), sending Jeff home as a result. With two back-to-back Tribals going their way, Pete was pretty confident he was in control of the game. Their alliance started pushing away Lisa, questioning her loyalty. Pete, worried that Lisa would flip, didn’t count on Mike flipping instead, and at the third tribal council, Artis went home, leaving Pete and Abi going from the top to the bottom of the food chain. With Abi holding onto an Idol, Pete suspected he was next to go. He came up with a plan to flush Abi and Malcolm’s Idol and encouraged Lisa and Mike to join him. Unfortunately, Pete’s plan did not work fully, as Abi DID plan her Idol, but he (not Malcolm) had the next number of votes, going home in a 3-2-0 vote, making him the 4th jury member. He voted for Denise to win, after ignoring Skupin and questioning Lisa’s loyalty.
Eddie Fox from Survivor: Caramoan and Nick Maiorano from Kaoh Rong were alternates for Pete in case Pete was cut at the last minute. The two obviously later made the show on two separate seasons themselves.

(+/-) Artis Silvester ~ S25: Philippines

8 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Artis was a castaway from Survivor: Philippines and was part of the Tandang tribe. Although he did not get much screen time compared to the rest of his tribe mates, Artis was usually seen being angry about someone or something, usually Michael Skupin, whom he disliked and was annoyed with throughout the game. Artis was never able to act on his frustrations due to Tandang’s winning streak, allowing Artis to make the merge on Day 17. Artis joined an alliance with Abi and Pete and the three of them were perceived negatively. With R.C. and Jeff going out one by one, Denise came up with a plan to get a member of the other tribe out by targeting Artis, who was perceived to be the least likely person Abi would play an Idol on, Denise calling this a diversion strategy.  Denise was able to convince Skupin to flip on Tandang and Artis was voted out in a 5-4 vote and became the 3rd jury member. He was offended by Lisa and Skupin’s betrayal at FTC, so he voted for Denise, who visited every single Tribal Council.
Prior to Survivor, Artis applied over 12 times to be on Survivor, starting with season 2. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer before he applied his final time, which he overcame. He was the oldest castaway on Philippines.  Despite his “angry black man” edit, Artis said he was having the time of his life on Survivor and he blames his perceived negativity on his resting bitch face and was happy to be on Survivor, saying that “there are millions of people who would kill to be voted off Survivor”.

(+/-) Jeff Kent ~ S25: Philippines

10 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Jeff is a retired  controversial Major League Baseball player who was a castaway on Survivor: Philippines and a member of the Kalabaw tribe. Right away, he wanted to get rid of Penner and the other returning players, feeling their time is over and that a new person should win.  Jeff assumed the leadership position on Kalabaw tribe, all of whom dominated the 3-tribe portion of the game along with Tandang. In order to keep tabs on Penner, whom he still perceived as the enemy, he formed an alliance with him and Carter. Jeff injured his leg early on in the game, and kept that a secret, along with his identity. Dawson, however, knew whom he was.  When Matsing was absorbed by the two tribes, Kalabaw received Denise, whom Jeff quickly recruited into his alliance. On Day 12, Dana Lambert quit the game due to her illness, giving Jeff’s side of the Kalabaw tribe the numbers. Kalabaw lost the next two immunity challenges, and Jeff orchestrated both Dawson and Katie’s exits one by one, although Katie almost convinced him to target Penner when they had the chance.
The tribes merged on Day 17 and Jeff went to Tandang to scheme about getting rid of Penner.  They came up with a plan to split the votes between Penner and R.C., due to Penner having an Idol. Penner played his Idol and Jeff voted for R.C., who went home as a result.  The plan was to get rid of Penner next, but their plan was ruined when he won individual immunity. Pete decided to target him, so in response, Jeff and Malcolm tried to recruit the other men and Denise to vote out Pete instead. In the end, Jeff became the second member of the jury in a 5-4-1 vote, voting for Denise to win.
Jeff is the first MLB player to compete on Survivor (preceded and followed by NBA and NFL players) and the second MLB player to be on a reality show, after Steve Smith on The Amazing Race. Jeff was offered a spot to be voted into Survivor: Cambodia, but he was unable to commit at the time and told Probst to contact him again in the future.

(+/-) R.C. Saint-Amour ~ S25: Philippines

17 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Roberta Christine, AKA R.C., is a castaway from Survivor: Philippines and was a member of the dominant Tandang tribe. She is remembered for being frenemies of Abi-Maria Gomes. From the get go, she befriended Abi-Maria Gomes and the two formed an alliance. They were also able to convince Pete and Skupin to be on their side. R.C. was able to find the clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol right away, with Abi there, but Pete sabotaged R.C. by planting the clue in her bag, causing her alliance with Abi to crumble. Abi and Pete formed a new alliance with Artis and Lisa, leaving R.C. and Michael in the dust. Due to Tandang’s winning streak, R.C. escaped tribal council prior to the merge and help lead her tribe to victory. At Final 11, the tribes merged into Dangrayne. R.C. and Penner planned on voting for Pete, whereas Abi, Pete, and Artis convinced Kalabaw to split their votes between R.C. and Penner, with Penner playing his Idol. Vulnerable, R.C. became the first member of the jury in a 4-2-0 vote, with the 5 votes against Penner not counting. As a jury member, R.C. voted for Lisa to win.  After Survivor, R.C. won RHAP’s 2013 Miss Survivor contest. R.C. was the first person to make it to the jury stage despite attending only one Tribal Council- Nick from Kaoh Rong later did this.
Due to her gameplay, R.C. and her father Craig made the cast of Survivor: Blood vs. Water, however, at the last minute her father was cut due to his hypertension—they were replaced by Candice and her husband John. R.C. was also casted to be in the running for Survivor: Cambodia, but R.C. declined, not wanting to play with Abi again. Jeff Probst and the producers really want her back, so we’ll see…

(+/-) Katie Hanson ~ S25: Philippines

17 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Katie was a castaway from Survivor: Philippines and was a member of the Kalabaw tribe. She was initially on board with Jeff Kent’s plan on voting out the returning players.  This changed when Katie noticed Penner talking to both Carter and Jeff and suspected they had an all-male alliance going.  Angry at this prospect, she formed an all-girl alliance with Dawson and Dana. Fortunately for Katie, Kalabaw won the first four immunity challenges along with Tandang, preventing them from going to Tribal Council. Matsing was dissolved and Kalabaw received Denise as a new tribe mate. But on Day 12, Katie lost one of her closest ally when Dana quit the game, unable to fight through her illness.  Dana leaving disrupted the momentum of the Kalabaw tribe, and when they lost their first immunity challenge, the men and Denise blamed both Katie and Dawson with the loss. Despite being her closest ally, Katie joined the others in unanimously voting out Dawson.  Unfortunately, their losing streak continued as Kalabaw lost the next immunity challenge. She hoped the others would still be on board with voting out Penner, since he was a returning player. Unable to convince her tribe mates, Katie was unanimously voted out on Day 16 in a 4-1 vote, placing 12th. Katie is the first castaway from the state of Delaware. She is now married (going by Katie Chase) and had a baby boy born 2 years ago in October 2014. Previously, Katie gave birth to Tengaged user HowLovely. Her husband and her are currently expecting another son, as Katie is currently pregnant.  She is the former Miss Delaware. She feels like Jeff Probst “had it out for her”, always bringing up when she was doing poorly in challenges to "warp" her tribemate's opinion about her.

(+/-) Sarah Dawson ~ S25: Philippines

11 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Dawson was a castaway from Survivor: Philippines and was on the Kalabaw tribe. Right away, she recognized Jeff Kent as a former professional baseball player, but kept that information to herself. Dawson remained safe due to Kalabaw winning the first four immunity challenges. Noticing the men of Kalabaw becoming close (despite Jeff initially wanting to oust Penner), Dawson, Katie, and Dana formed an all-female alliance. On Day 11, Matsing was absorbed by the other two tribes, with Kalabaw receiving Denise on their tribe. Dawson’s luck ran out when one of her closest allies, Dana, quit the game due to her extreme pain from being sick.  With only 2 tribes left in the game, and Dana quitting disrupting Kalabaw’s momentum, Kalabaw lost their very first immunity challenge, with Dawson and Katie receiving most of the blame. While in their shelter, Dawson decided to fuck with Jeff Kent by mentioning baseball, causing Jeff wanting to target her, perceiving her as a threat to his game. She was unanimously voted out and she memorably kissed Jeff on her way out. At the Reunion Show, she once again kissed Jeff.  She is only the second castaway (or third if you count Julie Berry off-show) to kiss Jeff Probst and she is the first female castaway to be called by her last name.

(+/-) Dana Lambert ~ S25: Philippines

9 BlueBarracuda, Nov 1, 2016

Dana was a castaway from Survivor: Philippines and was a member of the Kalabaw tribe, along with returning player Jonathan Penner, who she agreed to vote out along with Jeff Kent once they went to tribal council. However, Kalabaw remained immune and didn’t have to go to tribal. Several days into the game, she made an all-girls alliance with Dawson and Katie, due to Carter, Jeff, and Jonathan bonding more and more. During the first 12 days, Kalabaw managed to win every immunity challenge, sending Matsing there instead. Towards the end of this period, Dana started getting sick and losing weight. Dana was in an unimanigable amount of pain, but when Jeff and the medical team checked her out, they told her she was okay to continue in the game.  Jonathan tried to talk her out of it, telling her about his own experience, but she felt she was too sick to continue in the game, placing 14th as she officially quit the game. She was the fifth contestant never to visit Tribal Council, preceded by Wanda and Jonathan from Palau, Gary ‘Papa Smurf’ from Fiji, and Kourtney Moon from One World (she would later be followed by Caleb Reynolds).  She is one of three people in Philippines not to receive a vote against them, although Michael and Lisa made FTC while she did not.

(+/-) Angie Layton ~ S25: Philippines

17 BlueBarracuda, Oct 29, 2016

Angie was a castaway from Survivor: Philippines and was part of the losing Matsing tribe. Right away she formed an alliance with Zane, who then made alliances with everyone else. During the first immunity challenge, bossy Russell made Angie do the puzzle portion of the challenge, even though Angie knew she wasn’t good at puzzles, which contributed to them losing the first immunity challenge. Zane asked people to vote him out, which Angie joined the others in sending him home. When her only ally went home, Angie got closer to Malcolm, cuddling together in the shelter to keep warm. They were caught doing this by Roxy, who grew concerned about a possible showmance. When Matsing lost the second immunity challenge, Roxy campaigned for Angie to go home, but she was unsuccessful and went home herself. At the same Tribal Council, when Jeff asked what Angie would change about camp, she responded “Cookies”. At the third immunity challenge, once again Angie struggled along with Russell. Angie campaigned for Russell to go home, due to his abrasive personality, bossy demeanor, and poor performances in challenge. In order to keep the tribe strong, Malcolm and Denise sided with Russell and sent home Angie unanimously in a 3-1 vote, making her the 3rd person voted out on Day 8. She was the youngest person of the Philippines cast.
After Survivor, she appeared in a Rebok commercial and become a spokesperson for a sketchy supplement site (of course she did). In 2014, she was crowned Miss Utah USA and competed in the Miss USA pageant, but failed to make the top 20.  Currently, Angie is pregnant and is expecting a baby in January 2017. Angie also beat hundreds of other castaways to be one of 40 people considered for Survivor: Cambodia, but Angie didn't make the final 32 that were voted on by the viewing public.

(+/-) Roxy Morris ~ S25: Philippines

8 BlueBarracuda, Oct 29, 2016

Roxy was a castaway on Survivor: Philippines and was a member of the Matsing tribe. In the first three days of the game, Roxy was very shy and introverted. However, once she got comfortable, she started becoming more vocal. She formed an alliance with Russell Swan and after witnessing Angie and Malcolm cuddling in the shelter, she wanted to target them. She joined the others in unanimously voting out Zane. Over the next several days, her tribe mates perceived her to be lazy for not helping around camp enough and her poor performance in the second immunity challenge didn’t help the perception of her around camp, especially when they lost. The targets focused on both Angie and Roxy for being the weakest. Roxy wanted Angie to go due to her budding showmance with Malcolm and Russell was on board. He tried to get Denise to vote with them, unaware she was in an alliance with Malcolm. Unable to get Denise to flip, Roxy was unanimously voted out, even by Russell, in a 4-1 vote, becoming the second person to leave Survivor: Philippines. After the show, she lamented that she and Angie could’ve been a powerful duo had they worked together. Prior to appearing on Survivor, she appeared on My Extreme Animal Phobio on Animal Planet, in order to overcome her fear of rats.

(+/-) Zane Knight ~ S25: Philippines

6 BlueBarracuda, Oct 28, 2016

Zane was a castaway for Survivor: Philippines and was a member of the Matsing Tribe. By the first couple of days, he made an alliance with every member of his tribe, approaching the ladies for alliances, as well as making a three person alliance with Malcolm and Russell. He told the men he made alliances with the girls, so they’d have a 4th vote if needed, making Malcolm question his trust in Zane. Malcolm informed Denise of Zane’s scheming. In the very first immunity challenge of the season, Zane struggled at the challenge, requiring Russell to drag him to the end. After the challenge, Zane asked his tribe to vote him out. He did this as part of a strategy, to see who wanted him there or not. He credited quitting cigarettes cold turkey the day before they arrived as the reason why he struggled at the challenge. Zane was unanimously voted out in a 5-1 vote on day 3, becoming the very first person voted out of Survivor: Philippines.
