Candidates! Welcome to the purge round. Teams are (temporarily) dissolved and this submission will be individual. The two worst performers are out of the game, while the two best will get to pick new teams for the next stretch of the game. Let's get ready to play "Bang for your Buck"!

One crucial business skill is the ability to make the absolute most out of every dollar you have. To channel that, each of you will be creating a delicious full meal that costs $10 or less. Your submission is just this:

- A picture of what you're serving
- A couple sentences as to what you're serving and why it's cheap and easy to make

Remember that, obviously, it should also look like it *tastes* good as well as being cheap, as well as being justifiably considered a full meal and not just a snack. There's no specific theme for this, so it's totally wide open what you can submit. Lastly, please just post your submission *here* when you're ready so everything is already in 1 place.

Submissions are due by 6 PM EST tomorrow (that gives you a day and 7 hours). If the judges are on they can give feedback as the submissions are posted. If not, I will simply continue making executive decisions and fire at will. Good luck!

A real business woman knows that you always have to be looking for your next big investment, so given the 10 dollars I have decided to get a $5, $3, and a $2 dollar scratch off. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/889369796318203915/955185266979668088/maxresdefault.gif

As a resourceful businesswoman, it’s important to be able to know how to make something out of nothing. That is why for this challenge, in lieu of cooking a meal myself, I will be serving CUNT.

With the $10 budget we were allotted for our meal, I went ahead and purchased this $9 (18% off from $11.00)  SHEIN SXY collection Colorblock Twist Front Cutout Metallic Bodycon Dress.

With the $1 remaining in my budget, I purchased an Arizona iced tea: green tea with ginseng and honey flavor, for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties (99 cents), and re-invested the remaining 1 cent using Acorn, an American financial technology and financial services company based in Irvine, California that specializes in micro-investing and robo-investing.

Feeling rejuvenated and inspired by the refreshment and investment, I took to the pavements to put in some hard work — the good old fashioned American way. I happened upon a fellow entrepreunerial spirit at a bar who complimented how well my new SHEIN SXY dress highlighted my best business assets. We exchanged contacts and he proposed that we discuss possible business ventures at a fine Italian dining establishment called the Olive Garden. The staff — clearly also impressed with the assets higlighted by my SHEIN SXY dress — were extremely friendly and decided to waive the usual charge for unlimited breadsticks. I ordered a scrumptious traditional Italian dish: A gorgeous Penne Pasta dish in tomato sauce, topped with grated Parmesan Cheese. This meal was chosen as the main course of the meal due to it being Absol’s final meal.

Yum! All in all this dish took the chefs at Olive Garden probably countless years to prepare the recipe and all day to produce the delicate and complex flavors of the sauce, but for me, all it took was 5-7 business days for my SHEIN SXY dress to arrive followed by a short evening of networking. Not only will this meal leave me satiated physically, but I have left this challenge with a new business contact!

When I knew we had to create a meal, I thought to myself one word, and one word only:

Hummus

Hummus is fucking hot, ok. It is not only an excellent investment and going places, but it tastes fucking great too. It’s so simple, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, lemon juice, and garlic, available almost anywhere. In addition to its great taste, it’s good for you and protein-rich. A good meal has to taste great and be cheap too, with Hummus, not a complex task.

May I present: https://i.imgur.com/OiQ4rjw.gif

The Hummus Sandwich

It contains:
2 Slices of Bread: $0.44
1/2 Cup Hummus: $1.36
1/2 Carrot: $0.06
1/2 Cucumber: $0.30
1/2 Avocado: $0.65
2 Tablespoons of Alfalfa Sprouts: $0.88
Salt and Pepper: $0.12

Total Cost: $3.81

This sandwich is not only delicious and healthy, with all nutrient-rich ingredients, but extremely cheap.

You could also easily make a second sandwich with this cost and have more than enough to eat! With $2.38 left over to invest in HUMMUS!

Using the tax free $10 I was given, I tracked down a national treasure.

And y'all already know where this is going....

That's right. We're going back to an era before Michelle Obama's man arms ruined classroom lunches across America. Look at the absolute feast of a buffet we have before our eyes. The amount of combinations you could have are ENDLESS*

*Actual calculations show to be around 100.

https://i.imgur.com/DaRqAjU.gif

Here we have some lovely patrons showing off the wide variety of meals you could have such as:
-a vegetarian meal
-a meal of only desserts also this kid is a fat fuck who couldn't wait to start eating
-a balanced meal for normal people

I hope you all can appreciate the wide amount of VARIETY you are getting out of my wonderful purchase. And if you're worried about the implications of virtual food, something something metaverse grimes elon musk. Also, this food will never expire!

Thank you so much judges. *Gobbles a plate of 1/2 chicken and 1/2 jello in front of you all*

Times -- You get credit from me for actually…COOKING the food which is something I didn’t even consider anyone would do, plus your dish looks pretty good considering it was handmade. Straightforward, realistic, a very “by the book” submission if you will. Nice job.

Sandy -- I can’t eat scratch off tickets.

Rose -- I’m skeptical you could actually gets shrimp for that cheap but…maybe if it’s just a small amount? At any rate this looks good, I’d eat it, nice explanation of the ingredients in all that. Yummy!

Boyfriend -- I love the story and the narrative here. Very inspiring for all people with the entrepreneurial spirit. Stealing Times’s food is perhaps the most efficient use of money at all! That being said I just didn’t get that, you know, mouth watering *kick* that I enjoy from a good original food dish submission, you know?

Blu -- I like the original presentation and the fact that you thought outside of the box to try both a breakfast meal AND a meal that fits with your name. Very thematic! I think your dish stands out because it’s the only one of its kind on the judges’ table. Nice job.

Noah -- I’m not a huge hummus fan *personally* but I’m not holding that against you because there’s no way you would have known that. I like that you stuck to the theme *and* provided some entertainment as well. Nothing beats dinner and a show!

Mario -- You can’t go wrong with pizza, but a pizza with Rihanna on it? Now that’s very….avant garde. Very groundbreaking. I want to go back to 2013 and stream “Love in a Hopeless Place” while riding the bus to school again.

James -- I don’t mean this in a mean way but British people and British food aren’t real. Sorry not trying to be offensive.

Ben -- Your submission unlocked some very old memories of playing this game on my Dad’s old Windows 95 in the basement. Wow. Really taking me places I never even knew about. The food doesn’t even look that good but maybe you’ll have to win just for the reference alone!

Sarah G -- Alright you are pushing it saying you’re going to dumpster dive for free stuff but the lobster looks delicious even if it’s very obviously probably more than $10 to make. Very elegant and I appreciate the effort.

Coco -- Cannelloni! I do like this even if the presentation if very basic. That’s also a very big portion and you didn’t exactly explain *how* you met the $10 limit and what the costs were BUT I think I will give you the benefit of the doubt since you did make it yourself.
