IDEA NUMBER ONE - Let's say it starts with 13 people. The first round, somehow, in the first night or so, (the way this person is decided can be different every season) somebody is "evicted" and sent to an Exile type house. Then back at the main house, at the opening challenge, everyone holds out a white rock or a black rock. (In an ORG, they'd obviously just send me which challenge they are doing privately.) Everyone competes in the same challenge, the winner of each group holds the power for the week. They then enter a deliberation chat, where they each choose 2 people (meaning 4 people will be on the chopping block). They can pick each other, or each other's allies, so things could get interesting. Then those 4 on the chopping block compete in a challenge, the winner is safe for the week, leaving 3 on the chopping block. The house then votes for who they want to SAVE (the 3 on the chopping block can vote too) and the person with the most votes to stay, stays, and the other 2 move to the Exile House. Then the public votes on who they want to send back in. Winner of the poll goes back into the house, 2nd in the poll stays at Exile, last place is sent home.
IDEA TWO - Let's say it starts with 10. In the opening challenge, 5 win and are safe for the round, and the 5 that lose are up for elimination. The 5 that won are responsible for voting for someone on the bottom to receive safety, the only twist is that no one in the bottom 5 knows who has safety until AFTER they have voted. Whoever gets the most votes in the bottom goes home. Then the next round, the bottom 5 have to vote someone out once again.
IDEA THREE - This one is kind of a Survivor/The Challenge collab. Two teams compete, and at the start of the game, the team votes for a Team Captain. The team that loses must eliminate somebody. The Team Captain orders a list of who he wants to send into an elimination match and sends it privately to the host, while the rest of the team votes. If the Team Captain is voted into an elimination, he/she loses their status as Team Captain and the team must vote for a new one at the start of the round. The people vote one person into an elimination and whoever is at the bottom of the Team Captain's list goes into the match as well, winner comes back. Merge at around 10, whoever the Team Captain from each team is hold their titles, meaning that until a Team Captain is picked for an elimination either by the people or by the other Team Captain, 3 people will play in an elimination match.
