Based on the "Previously On..." segments from the show.
Episode 1: We didn't get much for this episode, but I suppose we will give the point to Mike for winning the HoH.
Episode 2: We heard that Monica and Krista laid low which I like, but I think I will give it to Kent for trying to get people into an alliance.
Episode 3: We heard that Will had control over his housemates, so Will gets the point.
Episode 4: We heard that Nicole rallied and survived the vote, so Nicole gets the point.
Episode 5: Krista won HoH and did not make a bad move, so Krista gets the point.
Episode 6: We didn't get much that we already didn't know, so Krista gets this point as well.
Episode 7: We heard that Monica and Hardy were flying under the radar, but Hardy also won the HoH, so Hardy gets the point.
Episode 8: I will give this point to Mike, as Hardy offered him a deal to keep him off the block, and Mike saw it for what it was and denied it and still stayed off the block.
Episode 9: We saw Krista kind of get outed as playing both sides, Shannon used Hardy's toothbrush, just a lot of bad stuff for people. However, we did see Bunky as kind of the figurehead for the "other people" alliance, so Bunky gets the point.
Episode 10: The only gameplay thing I can really point out is Kent winning HoH, so Kent gets the point.
Episode 11: I will give this point to Will for accepting Kent's deal to keep him off the block.
Episode 12: This is a tough one because you see a lot of people look bad. You see Will campaign for Boogie but ultimately it falls on deaf ears. I think I will give it to Monica for successfully remaining under the radar.
Episode 13: We saw Nicole, Hardy, and Will broker a deal which is good gameplay. And Hardy went on to win the HoH, so Hardy gets this point.
Episode 14: We saw Nicole and Krista both in the HoH's good graces having conversations with him. We saw more of Nicole talking to him, so Nicole gets the point.
Episode 15: We got Kent and Hardy fighting and Monica yelling, so neither of them get points. We saw Bunky wisen up to deals going on around him, yet he wasn't apart of those deals. I think Krista gets this point.
Episode 16: Will exposed the pact that excluded Nicole to Nicole, pulling her closer to him, so Will gets this point.
Episode 17: Will fed Hardy info about Krista's game which led him to go to Nicole and it got Krista nominated, so Will gets the point.
Episode 18: We hear that Will is in many alliances, as the "other people" alliance continues to crumble, so Will gets the point.
Episode 19: We saw Monica recognize that Hardy/Nicole need to be broken up, while still surviving on the block, getting no votes against her, so she gets the point.
Episode 20: We saw Will attempt to show Monica that he's not "strong" by crying on the basketball court, but Monica saw through it, so she gets the point.
Episode 21: We saw a little bit of Nicole/Hardy talking game as well as Bunky, but since Hardy won the HoH, I'll give him the point.
Episode 22: Hardy and Nicole are in power again, and another deal is made to Will and he promises he would not nominate the two of them even though he would. I think I'm giving the point to Nicole for being closest to the man in power.
Episode 23: We again see that Hardy and Nicole are in power, and Bunky and Will are both at risk due to Bunky's threat level and Will being annoying. I think I'll give this point to Hardy.
Episode 24: We saw Will's deal with Hardy paying off, and despite Bunky warning Hardy about Will, Will remained in the game, so Will gets the point.
Episode 25: Will threw the F4 HoH in hopes that Monica would not nominate him and he was right, so Will gets this point.
Episode 26: We see Hardy and Nicole not really try to stay against each other while we see Will in the most powerful position in the house, so Will gets the point.
Episode 27: We saw Will evict Hardy, as well as him winning part 1 of the final HoH, so Will gets the point.
Episode 28: Nicole won part 2 of the final HoH, so Nicole gets the point.
Episode 29: Nicole won the final HoH and surmised that she had a better chance against Will rather than Monica, which I think was correct, so she gets the point.
Episode 30: Obviously, there was no Previously On segment as it was the finale, but Will won this episode so he gets the point.

I would say that this ranking is pretty accurate to my opinion. I'd probably bump Sheryl up over people that probably never win like Autumn and Shannon, and I might put Bunky a little higher just because he probably goes far in a lot of seasons, like I would probably put him above Boogie but those two and Kent are pretty close. To me Krista and Monica are kind of interchangeable, as well as Hardy and Nicole, and I think Will is comfortably the best player out of this group, although I do think his BB2 game is often overrated.
