Top 3 Movies to See
1. Florence Foster Jenkins-Great acting by Meryl Streep, Hugh Grant, and newcomer Simon Helsberg. The direction, costumes, and screenplay were great as well. This may be Meryl Streep's 20th Oscar nomination and Hugh Grant's 1st Oscar nomination.

2. The BFG-Beautiful production design; Great acting by Mark Rylance as The BFG as well as newcomer Ruby Barnhill. The visual effects were stunning as well and the CG was great for the main character because it made it seem like The BFG (Big Friendly Giant) was legit.

3. Deadpool-Best superhero movie of the year! Ryan Reynolds does a great job as playing the main character. This film is different from the others because the film makes fun of itself which other superhero films haven't.

Top 3 Movies to Skip
1. Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice-Worst superhero movie I've ever seen. The whole movie was sloppy as well as the acting. I feel bad for Ben Affleck because he really wanted to make a comeback from the pitiful Daredevil. Unfortunately, he failed terribly. I was surprised by how bad the script was because the screenwriters wrote Argo which was a great film. Jesse Eisenberg was annoying as Lex Luther; Henry Cavill sucked as Superman (again). The only redeeming quality was the CG was average.

2. The Man Who Knew Infinity-Forgettable movie about a math prodigy played by Dev Patel from Slumdog Millionaire. He does do a good job as the main character though. The script is average as well as the directing.

3. Eye in the Sky-Overrated military film starring Helen Mirren. I was bored throughout the film because most of the time the cast were sitting there acting. There wasn't much excitement given the intense plotline. Helen Mirren does do a good job and she was the only thing that saved the movie.
