Your challenge this week.... is 24 HOUR DINER WARS. I'm not gonna give you major stipulations on what your dishes are, but you and your team must come up with a DINER CONCEPT that works DAY INTO NIGHT. That means I want one of you to present a "lunch" dish and one of you to present a "dinner" dish - but remember this IS a breakfast contest so I want it to be BREKFAST FOODS.
I'll be looking for COHESION between you and your partner's dishes, a solid diner CONCEPT, and a NAME for your diner.

I have served you SHAKSHOUKA for brunch-dinner. A very versatile
and simple dish, served with feta and some crunchy toasts for the daytime but you can spice it up on top of rice for dinner x
