Something bad happened this morning

I got out of bed and knew I was home alone. I then went to open my bedroom door when I started feeling light headed and everything was swaying. Eventually everything went black and when everything was clear again I was leaning against my bed on the floor and my arm and ass hurted.

Please tell me, if you understand, what happened?
