I'm thrilled to announce that there is going to be a new Big Brother ORG on Tengaged - The All-Seeing Eye.
With a launch on November 2nd, 16 players (hopefully) will be taking part in a battle for supremacy. Season 1 will be called Power Shift, and will see power take on a whole new meaning within the Big Brother framework. It will also see Haves and Have Nots... but not in the time-honoured way...
Whilst there will need to be a degree of flexibility by all sides, there will almost always be a "filming block" at 6pmEST each day, so you would need to be able to make that time most days. I'd love to be able to accommodate a later time, but I'm UK-based, and it simply isn't feasible for me to operate much later. Weekends may contain an earlier filming time to accommodate endurance tasks and/or other considerations.
For those unaware, ORGs, unlike normal games are played in a format with recordings being made - look at 1984 and Trinity for current examples on Tengaged - and so anyone applying for TASE will need to be happy to appear on camera. Whilst "meetings" *may* be conducted via voice alone, tasks will almost always need to be filmed.
Early interest is reasonable, and I'm hoping to get a good mix of familiar faces and first-timers. This will be my first event on here, but not my first rodeo.

Whilst I grant you that I'm pretty new to Tengaged, I've been running events of varying natures online and IRL for some time and so I assure you that this will be worth entering - I hope you'll support this fledgling game preferably by signing up, but at least by watching, and rooting for your favourites!

I have several friends in my social circle who have Aspergers. Like, our common link is pretty geeky, so it's rife, and I'd go as far as to say about a third of them do. But that also means that whilst some allowances are made, excuses can't be made, cos if you're being a dick, you're being a dick. Everyone is judged equally within reason.
I have one, who is one of my best friends, but he's incredibly combative. If he doesn't understand your point of view, he will snark. We fairly recently (4 or 5 months ago, but like, I've known him nearly 8 years, so in relative terms) had an argument because he pushed me on a day where I really didn't need pushing (I'm bipolar, so I have phases where I just need stressing out as little as possible). He was madly apologetic when he realised and told me that in future, just tell him up front "Don't stress me out today".
Today he snarked at me. So I told him just that. He snarked a bit more. I repeated myself more clearly. He still snarked.
So I snapped at him, pointed out that I'd spelt it out to him repeatedly, and he's now made me MORE stressed out because he insisted on being combative.
Now he's going on about how he "won't rise to this".
If you ask me to do something, and I do it, and still you won't avoid making me feel worse why the fuck am I dealing with you? Fuck sake.
