1. First commenter nominates one of the remaining houseguests.
2. Second commenter picks the second nomination.
3. Third commenter must choose to either veto a nomination or keep both the same.
4. If a nominee is vetoed, the fourth commenter chooses the replacement nominee. Otherwise, they begin the voting.
5. Once the nominees are set (i.e. noms are kept the same or vetoed nom is replaced) the rest of the commenters vote for which of the two nominees they would like to evict. First nominee to receive three votes is out.
