Welcome guys to your first theme! Before we get started, here's how the format for the duration of the game is going to work. Either Matt or myself will be posting the theme for the day and you’ll have exactly 24 hours to submit a song for that theme. Since there are two of us, we’ll each be giving your songs a score out of 10 then averaging it.
The results will be posted the following day HOWEVER! Unlike other song contests, the bottom contestant will not automatically be leaving. The bottom two will face off in a “Sing For Your Life” elimination round where they’ll have *12* hours to submit another song to try to earn their spot back in the game. The results of the elimination will be posted the following day along with the next theme. The tentative schedule will look like this:
Day 1 (F14) - New Theme
Day 2 - Round Results | Elimination Round
Day 3 (F13) - Elimination Results | New Theme
Day 4 - Round Results | Elimination Round
Day 5 (F12) - Elimination Results | New Theme
Etc…
We’ll also be throwing in more fun twists and surprises so be ready! The only rule is NO reusing the same artist more than once.
Without further ado, this round we want you to submit your “Entrance Song” that you’d choose if you were for example a professional wrestler entering the ring or a baseball player walking up to bat (or an MKSC contestant entering the game!). It is the first round so we want you to come in with a bang! Post your submissions here, be creative, and results will be posted tomorrow!!
