However with Gifty, she was sent home because she shows a lot of confidence on stage when she's singing. People are threatened by that and think she's cocky. I saw hundreds of cat ladies say this on the facebook page about her.. they take her confidence for cockiness. Which is funny cause she always says she's nervous when she performs and looks shy when the host is talking to her.
That's why bl*ck women don't win singing shows nowadays.
9/10 they're labelled "cocky" or a "diva" and viewers are turned off by them.
timster well luckily on the voice its almost guaranteed a black person will win whether its we or ali or sophia or simone. Only one in the way is Billy. And i guess sundance if the blake supporters go crazy.

timster I think Saara is good next week tbh.. 4od will be confirmed btm3, i see Ryan in btm3 as well and then samantha. gifty was above saara on odds and then went to btm3, so i think Saara will slay next week and get to Week 6 where she'll probably have to sing off
