Oprah running for president

Jan 11, 2018 by Steel
is the most hypocritical idea that liberals could come up with after shooting down trump for being a celebrity who shouldn't be in the realm of politics

don't get me wrong i hate trump but Oprah is the exact same as Trump except she isn't as ignorant, Trump is more knowledgeable than her in communicating with foreign countries and his business skills are a lot more applicable than whatever Oprah would bring to the table

foolish liberal hypocrisy, down with the two party system

I agree
I've seen people who said "Can we get an actual politician in 2020?" say they support Oprah

The only thing I would expect Oprah to bring to the white house is her TV network.

on the other hand i will be pledging my full support to The Rock in his 2020 presidential bid

yes i agree with this

idk about her education, but i want an actual, knowledgeable politician to be my president. still, if it's trump vs. oprah, i'm gonna vote for oprah.

tbh oprah probably has more business savvy than trump since she basically built an empire out of nothing but obviously it shouldnt matter at all in the first place because they are both woefully unqualified

at this point i literally dont care because the presidency is irreparably tarnished like any president we have can do any number of shady things and they would mostly be above reproach because trump has done every shady thing imaginable with little to no backlash from his own party

kind of retarded of you to say that his business skills are more applicable when she built a billion dollar empire from scratch instead of inheriting wealth and connections lmao

I'm more liberal leaning than conservative but I agree tbh

eeeek @ this blog I fully disagree.
Firstly, the main argument about Trumps lack of political experience, and touting him as the celebrity who didnt belong in the realm of politics, was a main argument when he was against Hillary (who although was a sketchy ass career politician, still had loads more experience than Trump) but the republicans still chose to elect him.

I think Dems are just keeping their options open to whoever will beat Trump in 2020. The republicans put a celebrity into power, not the Dems. And also, Oprah is not the same as Trump. She is a sexual assault survivor that built an empire from her own hard work, not a million dollar loan from her father. She'd release her taxes, she doesnt have open investigations of corruption, money laundering, or sexual assault, and I can pretty much guarantee you she doesnt employ illegal immigrants, or purchase foreign supplies, to build "Oprah Towers"

Oprah has business skills, and unlike Trump she has people skills. I bet she wouldn't taunt foreign leaders on twitter, or continue to boast about what she perceives of her own intelligence/mental stability.

If she's the best candidate to beat trump, I'm with it! He needs to go.
And truthfully I think she would win. She'd carry the Hillary support, she'd carry the Bernie support, she'd carry all the Trump defectors who realized they were duped by an orange babboon, and on top of that she'd electrify the african americans, and the milennials to turn out and vote to make sure Trump is gone.

Oprah 2020!
