on a bulk for the summer
- consuming 3,000+ calories per day, working out 6-7 days a week
i expect to gain 15-20 pounds by the end of the summer, then i will cut and look beautiful 2 months later
its so hard for me to put on weight but i can lose it super fast. i basically have to force myself to overeat everyday in order to pack on the pounds. ive been making a blender shake with mass gainer and creatine and other high calorie ingredients and forcing myself to drink the whole thing every day.
then when its all said and done im going to south america, fucking tons of gorgeous caramel skinned latina women, and then contracting HIV and dying early
