returning from injury fkn sucks

i did chest 72 hours ago and yet my front delts are still sore as fuck and my range of motion is limited.  i could only get through 3 sets of overhead press and then my rotator cuffs hurt so bad i had to rest for like 20 minutes before continuing my shoulder workout.  shoulder pain is the WORST

Ya one time I extended my knees ..they had me doing the most boring ezcercises for weeks

I couldn't play basketball so that sucked but sounds like yours is an even bigger muscle group :/ good luck
