I think the Rookies U.S. version fits as a Frookies game and I want to create rules for a new slow Rookies with Australian rules based on the season. This game is still very social-based and makes it more fun and like UK/AU with tasks and punishments if you do not complete the tasks.
Nominations
----------------------
All housemates are allowed to nominate 2 housemates for public eviction. However, based on the AU version from seasons 9 - 11 housemates were given 5 points to allocate between 2 housemates. Nomination buttons will work as if you were HOH, but the traditional text box saved would display the usernames with a text box to enter numbers (max sum value of 5). You must enter 3 / 2 or 4 / 1 to allocate points for your nomination to save correctly. If you do not enter the set of numbers, an error will display.
The 2 housemates with the highest amount of points will be nominated for eviction. An additional set of 2 housemates with the worse task and check stats will be nominated as well.
Public eviction

Housemates are not allowed to evict. However, the public is not evicting, but saving a housemate from eviction. The 3 housemates with the lowest amount of votes to be saved will be evicted Votes will be displayed like fasting/frookies yellow comments by a number of saves rather than a percentage like stars.

Tasks: Every 8 hours, housemates must complete a task. (Randomly assigned and each housemate could have the same or different tasks (3 tasks per day, you could get the same tasks or different like minigames)
Spammer: You must make 60 comments in under an hour before 8 hours. Resets every hour if incomplete.
Negger: You must neg the same housemate 10 times without getting caught (if they negged you means you got caught and resets).
Chatty Kathy: You must make 200 comments before 8 hours.
Introvert: You must post less than 10 comments before 8 hours.
Negative Nancy: You must neg 100 comments before 8 hours
Gotta Gif: You must post 30 comments with gifs.
Tasks will reward between 0 - 500 points based on how long it takes you or do not complete it.
+500 completed in 0.01 - 3.0 hours
+450 completed in 3.01 - 3.5 hours
+400 completed in 3.51 - 4.0 hours
+350 completed in 4.01 - 4.5 hours
+300 completed in 4.51 - 5.0 hours
+250 completed in 5.01 - 5.5 hours
+200 completed in 5.51 - 6.0 hours
+150 completed in 6.01 - 6.5 hours
+100 completed in 6.51 - 7.0 hours
+50 completed in in 7.01 - 8 hours
Each task has there own advantages and disadvantages. Some tasks could sacrifice the number of checks you can get to complete them. Some tasks can cause drama and put you at risk for nominations. Some tasks are faster to complete and some take longer. You may not complete a task because of day change and it is at night. Some tasks require activity from others and a quiet game can't help you.
Not completing a task won't be the end of the world, but 2 or 3 might.
Checks will update every 1 - 2 hours and you cannot plus or neg after an update.
Tasks make up 60% and Checks 40% determining nominations and winner.

Day 1: 16 people/nominations/tasks
Day 2: 16 people/ 4 nominees/nominations/public saves/tasks
Day 3: 13 people/ 4 nominees/nominations/public saves/tasks
Day 4: 11 people/ 4 nominees/nominations/public saves/tasks
Day 5: 8 people/ 3 nominees/public saves
Day 6: 5 people/ 3 nominees/ public saves
Day 7: Winner announced.
Betting

Bets are now hidden! The bet amount is revealed once the housemate is evicted or over if finalists. to make public eviction not based on bets but user support. Users can now get their T$ back in Final 8.
