I want to moved to better area, it little more money 825. I pay 800 at this place also pay power too. I also one washer and one dryer cost 1 dollar each to used. The new basement suite is 825 that include all ultilties and plus den too. It had a washer and dryer, nice kitchen. It a month to month agreement and long term rent. I would be saved money and only pay for internet and cable. It farther in city of lethbridge to get too still in nice area.
My parent older hate moving but i not happy in this places! I not sign my lease again.
What shoud I do? The new place available June and lease is done July 31.
