Chef Ramsay: James, Big Dog... you both fucked up badly tonight, but you have both had moments of brilliance in this competition. That’s why I want to give you both another chance on the red team. Marjorie, Crystal... you two have been dreadful from the start, but I haven’t given up on you yet... so I’m giving you both one last chance on the Blue Team. All of you... join your new teams.
The chefs then walk over to their new teams. Chef Ramsay then tells the chefs to go to their dorms for the night.

Chef Ramsay: Good morning everyone!
Everyone: Good morning chef!
Chef Ramsay: Today, we’re gonna be working with a component of a dish that I think is often overlooked... the purée! I’ll have 2 members of each team pair up to make me a dish featuring a purée of either Carrot, Apricot, Squash, or Celery Root. Red Team... since you have one less member, one of you will work alone. Please decide amongst yourselves who will be making what.

The chefs then spend the next 45 minutes making their dishes. Eventually, all of their dishes are plated and ready to be served.
Chef Ramsay invites a guest judge to judge each dish and award a point to their favorite. The team with the most points will win the challenge.
Up first is the Battle of the Carrot Purées. Here are the guest judges critiques.
Merk and Winter’s: The purée is delicious. It really compliments the dish.
Kelsey and Opal’s: It’s tasty... but it could use a little more seasoning.
Guest Judge: The point is gonna have to go to the Blue Team.

Chef Ramsay: Blue Team, well done! Finally, your first challenge win! For your reward, I’ve arranged for you to visit a local dairy farm! You’ll be given a tour of the whole farm, how everything works, all the sorts... and then you’ll be treated to an amazing lunch! Get changed, you all must leave shortly!
The Blue Team goes upstairs to get changed for their day at a farm.
Chef Ramsay: Red Team... you’re in for one miserable day. While the Blue Team gets a tour of a farm... you’ll be helping out a farm. You’ll be feeding, bathing, and rounding up all the animals, and it won’t be easy. Go upstairs, your means of transport will arrive shortly.
The Blue Team enjoys their day at a dairy farm while the Red Team does farm work all day.

After some long showers from the Red Team, both teams are ready for dinner service.

The beginning of service is a bit rocky... Assi makes 2 portions of risotto that seem a bit soupy... but she is able to bounce back.
In the Blue Kitchen, Winter has made 2 soupy risottos as well while Crystal has made one. Winter is sending his third one up to the pass.
Chef Ramsay: Winter, don’t even serve that! Just look at it! It’s clearly too soupy!
Winter: You’re right, sorry chef.
Chef Ramsay: Come on!!!
It takes Winter another 3 risottos to get it right.
As entrees are being ordered, James and Kinsington burn their lamb. Kinsington burns it once more, and then sends his third attempt up to the pass.
Chef Ramsay: Kinsington! Look at this. For the third fucking time, it is BURNT to FUCK. Look at that! It’s pitch back!
Kinsington: Sorry, chef.
Meanwhile, Opal sends in undercooked wellington while Marjorie and Kelsey send in rubber scallops. Courtney’s salmon has been raw, and has been sent back twice.
Brad’s salmon is burnt twice, while Veronica has a communication issue on Garnish.
However, Kelsey’s 2 plates of scallops have captured Chef Ramsay’s attention.
Chef Ramsay: Kelsey! Look at this... 2 plates of RUBBER SCALLOPS! They’re fucking RAW!
Kelsey: Sorrry, chef.
Despite Kelsey’s blunder, the rest of service goes smoothly.
For the first time this season, both teams have managed to complete dinner service.
Chef Ramsay: Well, we got through it.

The Red Team looks happy.
Chef Ramsay: Congratulations Red Team! You still had a lot of bumps, but you finally had a respectable service!
The Blue Team looks upset.
Chef Ramsay: Blue Team... you were a mess tonight. I was this close to kicking you all out. I want you to go up to the dorms and have a good think about the 2 individuals you think you’d be better off without.
The chefs go back up to their dorms, and the Blue Team discusses who should go up.
The first nominee is clear... Winter. He made the most mistakes of the night, having had 5 risottos sent back. Their second nominee is unclear, however. They are stuck between Kinsington and Brad. Each of them screwed up tonight, but they’re stumped.
-Elimination Ceremony-
The Blue Team meets with Chef Ramsay while the Red Team watches.
Chef Ramsay: Red Team, well done.
Red Team: Thank you, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Merk, who is the Blue Team’s first nominee and why?
Merk: Winter. He had a meltdown on Appetizers tonight and it doesn’t seem like he knows how to cook risotto.
Chef Ramsay: I agree with you there... second nominee and why?
Merk: Uh...

Chef Ramsay: Interesting. Winter, Kinsington, step forward.
Winter and Kinsington step forward and state why they should stay in Hell’s Kitchen. Winter is asked if he knows how to cook risotto, and he says he can and he just had a bad night. Kinsington is asked if he’s on a sharp decline, and he says that he isn’t and he’ll only go up from here.
Chef Ramsay: Hmm... the person leaving Hell’s Kitchen is...

The other chefs then head off to their dorms for the night, leaving Kelsey and Kinsington to face Chef Ramsay alone. They both await for him to say something.
Chef Ramsay: You two baffle me. You both got perfect 5’s in the Signature Dish challenge... but you’ve both been on a rapid downward spiral, and I don’t know if either of you can come back...
