The chefs wake up bright and early to begin today’s challenge.
Chef Ramsay: Good morning everyone!
Everyone: Good morning chef!
Chef Ramsay: Today, I’m bringing back a classic Hell’s Kitchen challenge... Hell’s Kitchen Craps! I have an empty craps table with a multi sided die... with letters! Each of you will roll the die once, with the exception of one member on the Red Team rolling twice due to their lack of team members. When you roll, you must name an ingredient that begins with the letter that you rolled. Then, you must cook a dish that includes all 7 named ingredients!
The chefs then take turns rolling the die and choosing ingredients. Out of five, here’s how well each team’s ingredients went well together.

And now, it’s time to judge the dishes out of 5. Donald and Brad worked together since the Blue Team had an extra member. Here are chef Ramsay’s comments on every single dish.
Merk’s Dish: Could’ve been a little more creative, but it’s solid. 3.
Kelsey’s Dish: Wow... RAW. Total shame, Kelsey. This makes your signature dish look like a joke. 1.

James’s Dish: These flavors could’ve worked so well together... but it’s disgusting. Very underwhelming. 1.
Assi’s Dish: The dish is inventive. It’s got a lot of flavor. Very well done with this, 4.

Big Dog’s Dish: This is slightly undercooked. It’s rather dry as well. That’s a 2.
Marjorie’s Dish: Wow... this is delicious. Marjorie, you shocked me with this. This proves that you actually can cook. That’s 5, well done.

Donald and Brad’s Dish: This is incredible. It has a lot of flavor. Definitely a 5.
Veronica’s Dish: This dish is beautifully cooked. It’s got great flavor as well. That’s a 4.

Courtney’s Dish: This is sloppier than Vincent’s... I mean, wow. It’s horrible. That’s also a 2.

Crystal’s Dish: Oh my god! I’m having a hard time keeping this down! This is disgusting. 1.

Chef Ramsay: Ladies, well done! For your reward today, I’ll be taking you to a very special place in america... Las Vegas! You’ll be visiting one of the most luxurious casinos and will be given some money to gamble, free of any charge! And whatever you win is yours to keep! Just don’t bad anything that would ruin your life. Your flight takes off in an hour, so get changed!
The women then get dressed for their day of gambling.
Chef Ramsay: Men... you are in for a horrible day. While the ladies are in Lad Vegas, you be here unpacking a fresh new order of ingredients from 20 different moving vans, and sorting them as instructed. And by the way... this is your FOURTH consecutive punishment. Embarrassing.
The women enjoy their day in a Las Vegas casino while the Men unpack new ingredients to be used in Hell’s Kitchen.

Appetizers go smoothly, with only a few mistakes. Merk and Assi both forget to season 2 of their risottos, and bounce back for the rest of the night.
When entrees are being ordered, things go wrong.
Chef Ramsay: KELSEY!
Kelsey: Yes, chef?
Chef Ramsay: Look at this, pink lamb! COME ON! You’re the only person on Meat tonight! If there’s any time to pull it together, it’s NOW!
Kelsey: Yes, chef!
Kelsey undercooks another rack of lamb. However, after this, she bounces back for the rest of the night.
Brad also undercooks 2 of his wellingtons in the Blue Kitchen, but he doesn’t do it again for the rest of service. On the fish station, Kinsington and Winter undercook a portion of scallops, but they both easily bounce back.
The Blue Kitchen’s garnish station, however, is falling apart.
Chef Ramsay: Who cooked these garnishes?
James: Me and Big Dog both cooked 3 of them, chef.
Chef Ramsay: Well guess what?! ALL 3 ARE FUCKING UNDERCOOKED! What in the fuck is going on?! PULL IT TOGETHER!
While things in the Blue Kitchen aren’t going great, things in the red kitchen are going way worse.
Veronica and Crystal have practically made the same mistake the Blue Team made on Garnish, with 6 undercooked garnishes up on the pass.
But Chef Ramsay draws the line at a huge mistake.
Chef Ramsay: Marjorie, come here. Look at that... I have 3 salmons here, and ALL 3 are rubber! And then Opal, look at these scallops! RUBBER! You all have NOT improved! I am DONE.

The Red Team has been kicked out of service for the 4th time in a row. The men once again compete dinner service.
The women discuss that their 3 weakest performances were from Veronica, Marjorie and Crystal. All 3 defend themselves, but 2 of them still have to be nominated.
Eventually, the Red Team makes a decision.
