#4: LAPRAS
Lapras is a beauty from gen I that you get from a pokeball in the Silph tower place. Its stats add up to more than a starter and Lapras can use a variety of moves to demolish you. If only Water/Ice didnt have so many weaknesses and this thing wasnt so slow.
