#19: LANTURN
Lanturn has some stuff going for it. It is amazingly adorable. But what really makes it good is its unique typing. They made the ever so obvious pun and it is a creative pokemon indeed. It is really good at executing parafusion too, as it learns both Confuse Ray and Thunder Wave pretty early on. The only type this pokemon really doesnt have a good chance against is the grass type.
