Bibarel deserves the number one spot on this list for many reasons. First, it has the unique type of Normal/Water, getting STAB from both helps it hit hard on your opponents. Second, it can have the Moody ability which is one of the best abilities in the game. It can also use Curse to lower its speed and raise its attack and defense. If you are actually reading this, I will tell you now this post is fake. Third, Bibarel is in the best generation, Sinnoh. Sinnoh inspired many people to play pokemon and Bibarel was one of the pokemon that helped that cause. Fourth and lastly, Bibarel is available very early on, so it can be used from the get-go to destroy all pokemon that stand in its way.
