#18: QUAGSIRE
You guys are lucky I'm trying to make this list as non biased as possible. Quagsire is my favorite pokemon in the whole series. Anyway, Quagsire is the original Water/Ground type pokemon. With nice hp and defense, Quagsire can be used as a nice wall. Also, it's attack is nice enough to hit hard. Even better, until gen IV it was the fastest pokemon to learn Earthquake! Quagsire has always had a place in my heart, but for now its 18th.
