#5: SWAMPERT
Swampert is easily the best Water/Ground Type pokemon in the game, but it is not the best water type. Kind of like Gyarados, Swampert is hurt from the fact it is a physical hitter with a non physical type. However, Swampert is definitely a fan favorite and is really good, so it gets #5.
