Magnus - “Where is The King of The Dead?”
X - “Oh, is that what you people call him?”
Magnus - “Is that not what he’s called now?”
X - “We just call him the Reaper.”
Magnus - “Always one for theatrics.”
X - “I need to know more about you before really letting you work with my team. How do you know Alexa Rose?”
Magnus - “Oh, so you know her, too?”
X - “Irrelevant. Where did you go when you left the City?”
Magnus - “Let’s just say to a far away planet.”
X - “Do you know who The Protectors are and what the X’ers were?”
Magnus - “Oh, the X’ers disbanded?”
X - “Basically. I’m the new X. I created a new team. The X Team.”
Magnus - “So the X’ers but with a more formal title?”
X - “Sure.”
Magnus - “Love that. Okay, well… Alexa Rose… was an old friend. She betrayed me. I’m back here to take back the narrative and really show her that she can’t get away with what she did.”
X - “Incredibly vague.”
Magnus - “You know her powers, right?”
X - “I’m slightly aware of her capabilities.”
Magnus - “She would’ve had a fraction of her abilities if I didn’t teach her how to use her powers. And then she used them against me. It’s very messed up, if you ask me. Taking advantage of me and then screwing me over. I can’t let her get away with it. I’m going to get revenge. I just have to.”
X - “Do you have a team of some sort?”
Magnus - “More or less.”
X - “Well… there’s always more room on the X Team. Talk to them about it. The door is always open.”
[THE PROTECTORS 2 : THE RISE OF X.]
*HURRICANE’S APARTMENT*
*Light Storm, Dark Storm and Hurricane sit around a table*
Hurricane - “I’ve been watching you for the past couple of years… always against each other. Waiting for a time where… maybe you’ll reconnect. And I can finally… set out to get the vision I sought after for so long. Now it’s here. Falling into place.”
Light Storm - “What’s your vision?”
Hurricane - “Having a strong unit. I think you two... together… could become a super force. A super force to be reckoned with. Overpowering me, even. Overpowering… everyone in your path.”
*Dark Storm is processing this*
Light Storm - “I’m grown. I’m already stronger than you.”
*Hurricane rolls his eyes, and quickly the winds start whipping outside, and almost within milliseconds rain starts pouring, trees whipping in the wind. Screams can be heard, as it progressively gets worse and worse, as Hurricane casually sips his coffee*
Light Storm - “OKAY. FINE. STOP.”
*Hurricane smiles and suddenly it clears up and the sun starts shining through the window again, and it’s almost as though nothing even happened*
Hurricane - “Band together and you could become a force…. A force that could do infinitely more damage than that. That could be a FRACTION of the damage you could do. Isn’t power what you want?”
Light Storm - “No… it’s what you want. That’s why you waited until the minute we weren’t on opposing sides to swoop in and try to recruit us into your evil plan.”
Hurricane - “Evil plan? What evil plan?”
Light Storm - “Oh, so you just wanted to have us band together so you can live your life as though nothing happened after? You have an ulterior motive. You’re completely transparent.”
Hurricane - “I want to be the father of the most powerful supers on the planet. Sue me.”
Light Storm - “I’m not falling for your game.” *gets up and walks towards the door*
Hurricane - “At least talk to your brother.”
Dark Storm - “I agree with Mac. This is sketchy. You don’t make contact with us for years and then you just randomly swoop in here to try and get us to join forces?”
Hurricane - “Both of you have developed some sort of skepticism trait.”
Dark Storm - “We’ve been on our own for quite a few years, excuse us if we’re skeptic. Regarding you especially.”
Hurricane, sighs - “I’m sorry for leaving you both on your own for so long, but… we all just had different lives and goals. You both separated paths… what was I supposed to do?”
Light Storm - “You’re the one who divided us.”
Hurricane - “Bullshit.”
Light Storm - “No. Maybe it wasn’t intentional.. but you’re the reason we’re a divided family.” *storms out of the house*
Hurricane, turning to Dark Storm - “You don't actually agree with him, do you?”
*Dark Storm scoffs and quickly leaves as well*
*PAUSE*
Hurricane - “They’ll be back.”
*AT THE HOTEL*
*Princess Maliyah is sobbing, burying her face in her pillow*
*Darkadia and Moontwist, slightly annoyed, try to ignore her cries*
*Magnus walks in*
Magnus - “Hey.”
Darkadia - “Hi.”
*Princess Maliyah sits up, wiping her tears away, trying to act as though she wasn’t crying*
Magnus - “I went to see an old friend. I think we could be joining a team if we wanted to. We could stay here for now but don’t we want to have a group with us?”
Moontwist - “I’m sorry, Magnus, but we need to stay focused. We can’t have side projects. Unless this group can help us fix our ship we can’t waste our time.”
Magnus - “If we don’t join a group how will we get the supplies to fix our ship? We need allies to get the supplies.”
Moontwist - “I’m not blind, Magnus. I know you have a past on Earth. I know you have your own game plan. And I’m sorry, but we need to stay focussed on our own game plan.”
Magnus - “But this game plan can be equally beneficial to the both of us.”
Moontwist - “‘Kay, well… who’s the person. I will be the judge of that.”
*Magnus writes down the address, names and phone numbers of The Reaper and X and then hands it to Moontwist*
Moontwist - “I’ll talk to them myself tomorrow.”
Magnus - “Knock yourself out.”
*PAUSE*
Princess Maliyah - “I have to get back to daddy. We can’t be starting teams.”
Magnus - “To get you back to daddy, you’ll need a team. Sorry.”
Moontwist - “And, I do agree allies would be helpful… but we can’t just go on side missions, we have to have an endgame in mind. And my endgame is going back to space. If you want to stay here, Magnus, you can. And maybe Darkadia will stay with you, too… but my place is space. I will TALK to-” *holds up her paper* “This guy…. But if they hold us back too long. I can’t do this.”
*Magus sighs*
Darkadia - “Yeah, I think Moontwist should talk to these people. See if you can get parts for the ship. We can work with them until the ship is done. And then we can leave.”
*Magnus frowns but nods*
Princess Maliyah - “Whatever gets me to daddy quicker.”
*Magnus cringes*
*THE PROTECTORS BUILDING*
*Light Storm walks back in and is quickly greeted by Violeta who hugs him*
Violeta - “Are you okay?”
Light Storm - “I’m fine.”
Vyx - “What was it?”
Light Storm - “My fathe-”
*The door opens and shuts, and everyone turns their head to see who it is, and it’s Dark Storm*
Dark Storm - “Hey…”
*Violeta shakes her head*
Light Storm - “What are you doing here?”
*Eden and Tlaloc take a step back*
Dark Storm - “I am on your side with this. I don’t trust Hurricane.”
Light Storm - “So… when I have tried to talk to you, tried to work with you before… that was irrelevant.. But now that Hurricane is involved...”
Eden - “We should go…”
Light Storm - “No, guys…”
Saint - “I think it’s for the best you have this time for yourselves.”
*Violeta looks at Saint and Eden, and slightly shakes her head*
Saint - “V. It’s for the best to let them handle this.”
*Violeta looks at Light Storm, who sighs and then nods, and everyone leaves besides Light Storm and Dark Storm*
Light Storm - “How can I trust you?”
Dark Storm - “You were going to a few months ago. I just feel like… if we have each other’s backs… Hurricane won’t manipulate us. We’re better together than apart.”
Light Storm - “How do I know you’re not helping him and trying to manipulate me now? You were completely against teaming up with me, and now that he’s back in the picture, you’re just changing your mind?”
Dark Storm - “Yes. I am. Hurricane hurt me just as much as he hurt you. I want to destroy him. Not work with him.”
Light Storm - “Well… do you want to work with me? Or us?”
Dark Storm - “I wanted to talk to you first… but I want to be on your team.”
Light Storm - “You want to become a Protector?”
*Dark Storm pauses but then nods*
Light Storm - “You’ll have to talk to Sensor about that.”
Dark Storm - “Okay.”
*IN SENSOR’S OFFICE*
*Dark Storm sits across from Sensor*
Sensor - “So… as The Protectors, we have accepted people before, despite being affiliated with people we don’t necessarily get along with. But, we used to have… different leadership. People who were more confident with their decisions than me. Plus, I do think this is a unique circumstance with you being Dark Storm’s brother.
Dark Storm - “You did let Vyx in.”
Sensor - “Again, that was.. not really me. I think… as this is kind of… my first act as Head Protector…. We need this to be a meeting.”
*MEETING ROOM*
*Every Protector is gathered around. Sensor on one end of the Table, Dark Storm on the other*
Sensor - “As newly appointed Head Protector… I was not sure how to handle this. I feel as though being as transparent about that as possible is important. I am not comfortable in making such a big decision. So… I figured… we could let this be a vote. Light Storm, I know this is your brother. So I feel like if there is anyone who should speak for or against bringing him in… it should be you. I think everyone here trusts you, and knows you are not going to try and put us in harm's way. What do you think?”
Light Storm - “I have wanted nothing more than to see Dark Storm come back to my side. I’ve talked to him, met him. Tried to convince him for years. Since I joined The Protectors. He is my brother. But, now? Him coming to me? I don’t know if I can trust him.”
Saint - “Can I speak on the matter?”
Sensor - “It is an open forum, of course.”
Saint - “I feel like… family is thicker than petty drama-”
Light Storm - “He tried to kill me, I’d hardly call that petty drama…”
Saint - “I think if you’ve tried to get him to join your side for so long… you need to take the SLIGHTEST CHANCE you have to make this work. If you close that door now, it will never open again. I vote yes on having Dark Storm join us.”
Vyx - “Me, too.”
*Eden and Tlaloc make slight eye contact before nodding*
Eden - “I think we need to be careful… or else we could have another Kitana-Jade situation on our hands, but I think we’re smarter now because of that. I think he should get a chance.”
Tlaloc - “I agree.”
*Alexa Rose bites her bottom lip*
*Vexell, who is sitting by Vinata, just observes*
Violeta - “I don’t think this is a good idea, he’s hurt us so many times. He’s hurt Light Storm so many times. Are we really thinking this through?”
Europa - “As someone who experienced the torture of X Caliber’s rule so many times, I can kind of empathize with Dark Storm. This is his chance to escape the rule of… at first it was X Caliber, now X or Hurricane. If we kick him out… he will go right to Hurricane. This is a chance that is beneficial to all of us.””
Marjorey - “I do agree. We should let him in. It’s just safer.”
Alexa Rose - “I think we should’ve done this without him in the room.”
Sensor - “This is a learning process.”
Dark Storm - “Guys, I just want to defeat Hurricane. He’s always been a power hungry monster. Now he wants to officially take advantage of me and Light Storm. I know a few of you are already worried for X, but… Hurricane could destroy this entire City… I want to help you, and nobody knows Hurricane better than me or Light Storm. This needs to be taken care of.”
Neuron - “Nobody knows parental drama better than me. I think we should trust him.”
*Light Storm and Violeta still look unsure*
Dark Storm - “Bro... you know we can take down Hurricane together… but not apart.”
Light Storm - “But trust is a big part of that.”
*Night Woman and Fuerza Mística exchange a glance*
Ji - “I don’t really give a shit, but I do think we need him. I just don’t know if we can trust him.”
Night Woman - “I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have my concerns, too.”
Alexa Rose - “I don’t think we have much of a choice. If Hurricane is as powerful as he’s made out to be… on top of the fact, he might have a team, apparently?”
Light Storm - “He did bring up some type of team…”
Alexa Rose - “I sadly don’t think this can be up for discussion. His team could combine with The X Team and we’re all screwed.”
Night Woman - “I guess… we’re almost unanimous anyways.”
Fuerza Mística - “I guess if we trust Vyx, Europa and Neuron we should trust Dark Storm.”
Sensor - “It seems like… we have a majority of people on the same page… Dark Storm is officially a Protector.”
*Violeta bites her bottom lip, nervously*
*Light Storm puts his head on the table, nervously burying his face in his hands*
Sensor - “Should we change your name? You aren’t on the Dark side anymore.”
Dark Storm - “Well, Light Storm is already taken.”
Sensor - “Well… we’ll discuss that later.”
*THE REAPER’S APARTMENT*
*Moontwist sits at the table with The Reaper and X*
Moontwist - “Listen. I don’t know how much Magnus told you… but I think his motivations… are a bit different than the rest of our teams.”
X - “You aren’t involved in the plan to destroy Alexa Rose?”
Moontwist - “We are from space. Our ship crash landed onto this planet. Our ship, consequently, is broken. We need spare parts for it so we can go back to space again. Do you think any of your team could be of help for that?”
X - “I think… our help would be better than nothing?”
Moontwist - “I suppose that’s fair enough.”
The Reaper - “But if we help you with that, your team has to help us out until we fix your ship.”
Moontwist - “I suppose that’s only fair.”
The Reaper - “I suppose we should introduce you to the rest of our team.”
X - “The rest of MY team.”
The Reaper - “The rest of the team.”
*X rolls his eyes, slightly*
Moontwist - “And I suppose the rest of my team should meet you all. The problem is… one of my team members isn’t really a team member, she was a mission. We were supposed to rescue her from another planet but we crash landed and we’re kind of stuck with her now.”
The Reaper - “Not a problem, doll. Go get your team, we’ll get ours.”
*Moontwist leaves*
X - “You need to learn your place. This is my team. Not THE team. Not OUR team. This is MY team. You got that?”
The Reaper - “You really expect me to take orders from someone who is half my age?”
X - “Yes, I do actually.”
*OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT*
*PyroBolt eavesdrops, nervously*
X - “This isn’t a democracy, I’m sorry. But, I’m in charge. Not you. Not anybody else. ME”
*PyroBolt nervously bites his lip, before knocking on the door, quickly being let in by X*
X - “Oh, perfect timing! We were just about to bring the team in for a meeting!”
*PyroBolt smiles and nods*
*LATER*
*The X Team and The Universals are face to face, at a table*
Moontwist - “So… X Team. This is my team. The Universals. Seth Kahn, aka Magnus. Nadia d’Ark aka Darkadia. And Princess Maliyah from Planet Zho. I’m Moontwist.”
Poison Kisses - “What’s your real name?”
Moontwist - “You wouldn’t even know where to begin if you tried to pronounce it.”
Poison Kisses - “Oh, cool.”
X - “This is… The X Team. I’m… X. This is Jade-”
Jade - “I can speak for myself.” *PAUSE* “I’m Jade.”
X - “Okay… next to Jade is Dennis, aka The Reaper-”
Magnus - “Aka the King of the Dead.”
The Reaper - “Yep.”
X - “There’s Dann, aka PyroBolt. Cindy aka Poison Kisses. And then Ethan aka Actus Mortis. Now that we’re acquainted… I think we can be on the same page.”
Princess Maliyah - “I just want to go home.”
The Reaper - “And that is a priority… but it will take a while to fix the ship… so for now… you have to work with us.”
Princess Maliyah - “Fine.”
X - “We have a goal in mind, and that’s to destroy The Protectors for killing my father. If you help us do that, we will continue to help you until your ship is fixed. If you don’t help us, or you slow us down. You’re out. No if’s and’s or but’s about it. Got it?”
Moontwist, to Princess Maliyah - “You up for it?”
Princess Maliyah - “Whatever gets me home quicker.”
Moontwist, to X - “We’re in.”
*X smiles, Magnus slightly smiles*
*IN A ROOM*
*Hydra, after a long day, walks into her apartment, and turns the lights on, jumping at the sight of Serpent sitting in a chair*
*Hydra closes the door behind her and stares at Serpent*
Hydra - “How did you know where I was staying?”
Serpent - “You know better than to ask silly questions.”
Hydra - “You tracked me down?”
Serpent - “It wasn’t exactly hard.”
Hydra - “Please, get out of my apartment.”
Serpent - “I don’t hate you like Wyvern hates you.”
Hydra - “That’s good for you, get out now.”
Serpent - “You can’t run away from your past, Hydra.”
Hydra - “Well, I can try my damn best. Did you stalk Wyvern down, too?”
Serpent - “I know where he is… which is why I came to you.”
Hydra - “Why?”
Serpent - “He’s going to try to kill you.”
*PAUSE*
Hydra - “He’s tried before. If you see him again, tell him I said bring it on.”
Serpent - “Don’t be ridiculous.”
Hydra - “I’m tired of having to explain myself. I know what I did was for the best… is that all you came here for?”
Serpent - “I am not against you… but you need to know… just because mom was evil… doesn’t mean all people with powers are evil…”
Hydra - “Serpent, I’m glad to see you again, but you need to shut up. I don’t need life advice from my little brother.”
Serpent - “Can I at least stay here tonight?”
Hydra - “Sure. You can always stay here. Just… don’t bring Wyvern here.”
*Serpent hugs Hydra. Hydra stares out the window, watching the rain pour*
*OUTSIDE THE HOTEL COMPLEX*
*Hurricane stares at Hydra’s building, knowing in the back of his head that since he didn’t convince Light Storm or Dark Storm, he will have to handle Hydra one way or the other, he sighs, knowingly, and walks away from the building, walking by The Green Witch, who is standing in a dark alley*

I FELT THAT! LMAO! Thats episode was so much fun, i had a smile on my face the whole time reading it. Im really wondering where the storm brothers arc will lead to, is Dark Storm actually a good guy now? Also The Universals joining the X team is brilliant! I hope they manage to keep the princess alive long enough to see her daddy *cringes myself* I cant wait for the next episode It seems like The Green Witch is up to something nasty!
