And I know and respect what actions must be taken to prevent them, but the actions of a specific mod the past 24 hours has been questionable. koolness234, the constant blogging, arguing, and accusations are EXTREMELY unprofessional by somebody we are supposed to look up to as a "role model" or "leader".
1) You say you checked the IP of your tribe before the game started and they were clean. That must have been a lie, as neither users once logged in to any other account but theirs this merge. What led you to do the IP check?? Neither of them even played a comp. You say it's odd everybody logged on prior to a day change, but don't you think after merging for 190 days users are capable of setting an alarm to be online?
2) It has always been our knowledge that the Moderation group works as a TEAM. This has clearly been proven a lie as you have single handidly taken everything into your own hands with this situation. Nobody asked for IP check, there was no reports of cheating. Your pettiness of being voted off led you to dig into something that was never there.
3) You are giving out unreasonable bans against the OWN Moderation rules. The rules clearly state first offence of IP Sharing is 3 days. These users haven't been banned in the past for account sharing - that means this ban is their FIRST OFFENSE. 3 day ban.
We can't get a hold of moderation for days on end at some points. Why are you spending your free time filling personal vendettas.

Multiple people have been banned for long 7 to 14 days for first cheating offenses.
I am free to IP check anyone at anytime, I don't need to come to vote consensus on who to IP check and when that statement, I don't even need a reason. I stay IP checking people
Other moderators agreed to this ban, I did not proceed with any ban till I had approval from a majority of the other moderators.
You seem to be more concerned about my actions, none of which violate any aspect of the TOS, and not the TOS breaking your tribe participated in.
Some weeks I have more time to moderate other times I can't log in for a week. Which is why we are adding more mods.
Lastly, I get paid jack shit to moderate and normally spend most of my times getting berated, acosted, and yelled at when people disagree with bans, sometimes even bans I had nothing to do about.
The standard I am held to is the TOS, and I don't break it.
It's weird so many users want me to be some shining paragon and want me not to interact on the site. I have held the same energy on this site for years, the exact same energy. I am not going to change it because some users think I am unprofessional for an unpaid volunteer position. I get no benefit out of.
There should be more frequent daily ip checking imo. Like, those types of bans are black and white typically and I’m sure cheating happens all the time going unchecked. No sympathy for those who have cheated, especially with the light duration of being banned
