If you're a minor and someone is making inappropriate comments towards you, you know where the block/filter buttons are. Use them. That's what they put them there for. If you're 15/16/17 and they say an inappropriate comment once, it's their fault. But if they keep on doing it, it's yours. You aren't stupid. You know right from wrong at that age.

I would LOVE for you to tell some kid's parents that.
Most kids are naive and are desperate for friends. And enabling it like this is what makes them get away with it. This is like saying women deserved to be r*ped because of the clothes they wear. It's WRONG.
I agree with this to some extent....children at that age do not always see the signs
but also children sometimes do not realize they are in such a perdictument until it happens and by then they may be too scared to say anything in fear or ruining the friendship
some are afraid to speak out.
