In my time here

Nov 20, 2015 by Godzilla
I have been laughed at, mocked, ridiculed, forced to witness blasphemy, told to "shut the fuck up" countless times, and took part in several debates by big time Atheists ( Etienne and Mearl have been the biggest Atheist bullies so far). I haven't backed down, though. I have stayed true to my faith and defended Jesus against all personal attacks. And you know why? Because the Bible warned this would happen and I believe it. You will not be popular at all if you are a Christian, but you must endure and stay true to the faith either way.

And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
-Matthew 10:22

Either God stops bad things from happening or infringes on our free will. Which do you want? You can't have it both ways. Also, badness in our life is a lesson which teaches us to rely on Him for strength and put our faith in Him to make things better. And He doesn't condemn anyone. We condemn ourselves by not accepting the free gift of salvation. Mearl

So he does nothing instead. What does he do then? He lets us choose but if we don't choose him we are condemned yet he does nothing to make us believe. If nobody ever passed on the word of religion it wouldn't exist. That's a major flaw in the design

He does nothing to make us believe? Um, answering our prayers and displaying miracles.... And anyways why should He intervene in bad events? We hate the Lord and speak against Him each and every day and then expect Him to help us when things are going wrong? Such arrogance. Maybe if people had faith and prayed then He would stop the bad things from happening.

As for people passing on the word, that's what God commands in the Bible. His followers are supposed to minister the gospel and if it strikes a chord with people then they can be saved. Mearl

Maybe if he stopped bad things from happening people would have faith and pray,

And anything that happens you can call a miracle but has no correlation with him, not everything you pray for happens you know. So it's selective that you say he answers your prayers because he leaves many unanswered.

Why can't he Save people without their praise, is he that conceited? Are all Jews condemned for being raised with that belief? Are Muslims? Why would somebody raised in different beliefs change their preconceived notions when there is no actual hard evidence? And why are there so many religions of there is a truth out there?

But He won't because we're sinners and don't deserve it. We don't deserve anything except for Hell. Each and every one of us. Him just keeping us out of Hell right now is a blessing. God does answer each and every prayer but sometimes the answer is "no." If we pray for things contrary to His will, of course He's not going to answer. If He had to answer every prayer, I could pray for your death and He'd have to answer. Wouldn't that be messed up? So we should be grateful he doesn't answer them all.

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is the only sin that is unforgivable and many interpret that as meaning unbelief. That is why it is our job to preach the gospel to people of other beliefs who may not have heard it. If they are able of being saved then they will be saved.  Mearl

So we have free choice as long as it fits within his will? That doesn't sound like free choice. And that would mean murders and genocides fall within his will godzilla

We have free will but it is up to us to decide what to do with it. Each behavior has a consequence, good or bad. If you do something wrong, you will be punished. Just like going to prison. You can do whatever you want but if it breaks the law don't be surprised if you're arrested. Mearl

But not believing is doing something wrong? It isn't hurting anybody and you can be the nicest person ever. Would one still get their intestines ripped out in Hell godzilla

Yep. No amount of kindness can erase sin. Only Jesus can. Mearl
