If you're in a process, think of the reasons you entered that process. What are your end goals? Do you still want to achieve them? If not, can you make new ones? Is it worth it to be in your current routine to achieve those goals?
Don't claim the negative thoughts. Tell yourself "I am happy. I am loved. I am safe." You control your reality I hope this helps it may seem silly but it works
Engage yourself in something interesting. Discussion, learning, games, etc. Do whichever one you remotely feel like doing in spite of the bad headspace. That might just be the thing you need; and maybe your mind/body are trying to tell you that.
