If you're in a process, think of the reasons you entered that process. What are your end goals? Do you still want to achieve them? If not, can you make new ones? Is it worth it to be in your current routine to achieve those goals?

I would usually say to consult a cheap therapist, like myself and hearing what it is, we can figure it out then < 3

Don't claim the negative thoughts. Tell yourself "I am happy. I am loved. I am safe." You control your reality I hope this helps it may seem silly but it works

Engage yourself in something interesting. Discussion, learning, games, etc. Do whichever one you remotely feel like doing in spite of the bad headspace. That might just be the thing you need; and maybe your mind/body are trying to tell you that.

looking at the nightsky always brings me hope and happiness when im getting in my head (which is very frequent), its like i go outside for an advice and i get the answers.
