chibideidara was nominated in Frookies to begin with and this wasn't any ordinary frookies. This was the worst frookies of the year; it was a frookies where arrest and imprisonment came with being nominated and thus, it was five days before Christmas and Edgar was in jail because he was nominated in Frookies. Festive Frookies. All entrants had to pay money to enter and some paid their very last T to enter simply because they had nothing better to do and some simply were hungry for the bloodbath that came with a frookies. Either way, only 12 Tributes were selected and the frookies was broadcast on Tengaged News Network with TNN's uberglamorous host, Caesar Jxhn Flickermann, narrating the entire game from the safety of his penthouse at the Hilton.
It was the Tengaged government's sadistic way of milking every last T and drop of entertainment from bored orgers over the holidays. They knew of the drama within the Tengaged world, but instead of stopping it, they wanted to hype it up! They sent 12 random, very special tributes 'special' invitations to play the bloodiest frookies in history with no choice but to agree to the invitation. The tributes were all given bread and water to sustain them unless they found resources within the Frookies Arena, but one viewer felt the Frookies were a waste of time. Unfortunately for the Tributes and the organizers, this viewer was also their main sponsor and the one they were counting on to pay for the entire event. DaddyDev Ebenezer Scrooge, one half of a duo who used to dominate Frookies field. Dev used to enjoy the field with his partner until one cold day...everything fell apart...
Despite Dev's hatred of the Games, however, the Frookies Gaming Committee was determined to carry on their bloody tradition and invited their 12 to come forth to the Arena for training and preparation. The Frookies was set to take place on Christmas Day and after the war, all tributes would sit and enjoy a hearty Christmas dinner together - or whatever dinner was affordable. Dev had been invited to contribute money and had refused, instead choosing to work in his business house with his clerk, Hash Sandy Crachit, trying to collect debts from all the orgers who had asked him for favors over the years. Sandy was a great fan and constant participant of the games, but he was careful to hide his fangirling from Dev, lest he invoke his boss's wrath and lose the salary that funded his family of a husband and three darling girls.
Little did DaddyDev know that his adventure was just beginning. Spirits from the other side were going to come and change his heart...
