Like albeit he is definitely gross and creepy about how he goes about it but the way y’all magically see someone be like HE’S 18 ADULT BRAIN SWITCH HE IS A PEDOPHILE NOW!!! There’s a reason why they don’t designate someone a pedophile until they are at least 16 and they prey upon minors that are at least five years younger than them (And prepubescent)
So anyways... sending someone nudes without them wanting them or making them feel pressured is gross, but that isn’t comparable to like adults being predatory towards teens which also isn’t the same as adults being predatory against children

I feel like there’s a lack of understanding behind the meaning of certain words. I’m absolutely not disregarding anything anyone’s said, cause they said what they said. But when I’ve read a few stories, I feel like the point they are making is absolutely correct (a person did bad things) but the words being used or the laws being referred to aren’t exactly the right ones.
He's 100% 19 years old. He told me he was 18 like half a year ago, and only turned 19 a month ago. People have a sick approach to serious matters on this site, and instead of educating him about it, they bandwagon attacked him. It was wrong but people are stupid for calling him a pedophile.
No one looked up the legal side. There are different laws that apply to different things. Age of Consent is not applicable in this case since they didn't have any physical interaction, but if it WAS applied, it would've been legal so long as it was consensual -- again NOT applicable here ANYWAY.
What IS applied in this case is Child Pornography / Sexually Explicit Content (sexting) - regardless of it was consensual or not, anyone under the age of 16 in Dylon's state would be charged as it's illegal (it's even illegal for a 14 year old to have another 14 year old's nudes if they were sent to them, let alone an 18 year old having a 15 year old's). So maybe Skimmilk wasn't aware of the difference but there is an important distinction and he should delete that photo / apologize
Takeaway - whether you're 17 or 14 years old and you receive nudes from another 14 year old (EVEN CONSENSUAL), you have child porn and will get in trouble for it. Different states have different cutoffs but it's a COMPLETELY different issue.
And people need to learn to fact check + google words (especially really harsh ones) before throwing them at every passerby who does something wrong.
I agree he’s still a creep for doing it and I’m not defending him but people throw the word pedophile around like it’s NOTHING when it has super serious implications.
And it’s like what mastropola blogged, when someone new is labeled a pedophile every single day we lose sight of when it gets REALLY out of hand, and I do believe we have had SERIOUS cases of misconduct on the site that will just get muddied by these accusations (again not saying what he did was ok or no big deal, but a far cry from pedophilia) and it seems TOO much to bombard this KID (yes I consider 18/19 to be a KID) with accusations of pedophilia and the harassment he’s been receiving
And AGAIN before the angry mob arrives I’m NOT absolving him of what he did, it was in fact WRONG and I hope he will learn a lesson from this
Nonetheless he still a fucking creep for sexting with at least 4 people below the age of 18. He has some questionable pedophilic tendencies at such a young age. He is legally considered an adult if we want to be legal about it kindred7. He is legit pathetic and sad excuse of a human being for what he did.

If you were serious about a structural / fundamental change in the website, you would alter your own actions because you're: normalizing sexually aggressive behavior that these minors are all seeing and absorbing.
