Luxray is a pure Electric type and is the fully evolved form of Shinx (I kind of agree with people though with saying Luxray should have been an Electric & Dark type) Anyways, Luxray is yet another pokemon with yet another absolutely amazing design, nothing bad I have to say about that. As well, I have nothing bad to say about it's battle capabilities as it has nice stats/movepool/abilities (I have used it a fair bit in playthroughs and it's always been clutch) Overall, I have nothing but love towards Luxray, with nothing bad to say about it at all, just again went off of appeal which made Luxray end up at 9th
Infernape has got to go
And Gallade is top 2 for me at least alongside Glaceon
Lucario would be #1 but I feel like the design and pokemon itself has gotten stale over the years
